They need to clean and possibly replace the carpet in the East end entery. get the carpet cleaned in the hallways.

The side entery that I used while there was not clean and the carpets in the hallways were also not very clean. Room was okay. Loby was nice.

No shuttle bus to go farther places to shop. No gift shop to shop for souvenirs . Our room was never cleaned. We only saw the maid once because we asked for cleaned towels.

Room was clean and spacious with table and small kitchenette. Breakfast had varied items: sweet, fruits, yogurt, and some hot foods.

Maybe have more towels (there were 4 of us but only 3 sets of towels). Although, when we asked for more towels, the staff gladly gave us some more.

The included breakfast had hot food such as eggs, bacon, and pancakes. We liked that the kitchen had a large dining table, full sized refrigerator, microwave, and a stove range. The kitchen cabinets had dishes/cups, some pots and pans, and a toaster.

That there was no outdoor or indoor swimming pool or hot tub. Every time I travel I always look for a place that has those 2 things.

The staff and the guest room accommodations were the best part about this place. Loved how the room had a kitchenette, free WiFI, and a DVD player in it. The staff was also super friendly, polite, welcoming, and helpful. They were able to answer all my questions and their hospitality was exceptional! The free breakfast every morning is always a plus also! Loved the pancakes!

Outlets were in inconvenient locations(hard to plug in phone chargers, etc.).Bathroom sink, pulling away from wall, low quality caulking job. Soap dispenser in bathroom installed in inconvenient/ strange place on wall. Breakfast options very limited.

The bed seemed small and there was a slight leak in the dishwasher that we didn't even use. But the room smelled good and it was clean.

I liked how big the room was and the shower. The breakfast was good. Just need more variety and a better system of serving. Maybe have someone serve the food instead if having us get it.

4 strange boys knocked on our door, scare me, when I called the front desk she came quickly to support me. they were not residents of the hotel and they had caused some damage. we were safe and did not open the door to these strangers.

Breakfast was OK. Continental with options being very minimal. No yogurts, juice, or cereals. Just wrapped items and bananas. Somewhat disappointed.
