I have no complaints whatsoever. I will definitely book again. The location was great and the grounds were well kept. Didn't feel uncomfortable at all. There was a Bojangles in walking distance and a Pizza Hut also in walking distance, you would just have to walk across the highway.

The man at the front desk was very nice. He made sure that we were checked in and that we had everything we needed. The housekeeping ladies were very kind and the lady at the front desk in the morning was very kind as well. We felt very welcome. Breakfast was fresh, warm and delicious and the hotel is very clean.

The water pressure in the shower was low. Not sure, but it could have been because of so many at the hotel. A more modern walk-in shower would be great. The door that led outside towards pool looked dated/old. Some remodeling

The hotel staff was very warm and friendly. Free coffee and snacks were great. The bed was very comfortable to sleep in. The room was cleaned well.

It was raining all night, and the electricity of the area shut down at dawn. Emergency lights should be installed in the breakfast area, and a generator for minimum supply should be installed.

Only complaint was that stopper in bathroom sink was disconnected — could have made the repair myself but couldn’t find the spring that locked the two rods together.

Breakfast options were excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and bed comfortable.

There was no fresh fruit at breakfast. Plymouth is not very interesting.

The receptionist was welcoming and professional. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. It was within a couple of miles from downtown. The breakfast woman was helpful.

We were there Tuesday thru Saturday our bed sheets was never changed, each morning all they did was pull up the sheets and blanket. They never vacuum or mop the bathroom or did not wipe down anything in room. The window seal in room 105 needs attention. One lady that was cleaning room on second floor had her child in the cleaning buggy had her standing on the trash bag side of buggy.

Beds was soft, breakfast good.

The cleaning team only came once to clean during our entire stay. The water had a certain smell.

I liked the fact that the room was spacious and nice and clean and the bathroom was nice and clean and huge. We also didn’t have to go out and find breakfast we ate it there at the hotel through our stay. The staff was kind except on check out day the cleaning crew woke us up at 6:00 am and kept harassing the rest of the day until we left to clean our room…. We had a couple of hours left to get things ready…

The air conditioning unit case was falling apart when we arrived and we had to fix it. The blue table was unusable (very unstable). The bathroom door lock quit working the 2nd day. None of these really affected our stay.

Enjoyed breakfast and the patio was huge. The staff is always very nice and helpful.

had a large group of graduates LOCAL who congregated there after graduation, which was no problem, But many of them didn't go outside to use their party favors, and the entire top floor was filled with the aroma. felt sorry for the night manager. they wore him out trying to run front desk and tend them.

loved the breakfast, location very nice, but I had selected this one in advance. have always enjoyed IHG chain. prefer it over the others. use to have credits you could earn, do you still?
