Need to park on street though it was never far for us

The shower was a super tight fit. If you dropped anything, you would need to open the door to be able to bend down and pick it up. There was no cable, only a Roku remote. This wasn't a huge disappointment, just a pain to set everything up to watch something and then make sure you delete your info so no one else could come in and use your sign on to purchase movies or anything.

The location of Point Breeze Guest House is close to just about anything you want to do in Pittsburgh! Traveling to Rivers Casino, Carnegie Science Center and PPG Paints Arena was a breeze from this location. We also found some great spots to eat and pick up supplies along our travels back and forth.

The outside door was unlocked when I came up. It was ok, but it made me be a little concerned about security

The breakfast was in the room already which was so nice because I came in quite late at night and didn’t have to worry about making a time. Overall everything far exceeded my expectations

The squeaky floors..found hair in the bathtub and towel and I didn’t know how to use the tv!

The bed was comfortable!! And I liked how big the space was and how easy it was to find a spot for parking! It was only two block away from Pittsburgh CrossFit!!

- Breakfast was somewhat disappointing. - Transit to the downtown area requires a 20-45 minute drive or bus - Door lock to room was pretty confusing

- Room size was perfect for a solo traveler - Has an airport bus stop nearby - Building has a lot of character - General area is very quiet

Not sure if refrigerator had been turned on before we arrived. We turned it up as our food was not keeping cold. Just and FYI.

The room my sister and I booked was spotless and comfortable. We felt very safe with the combination of locks on the outside and inside doors.

I did not like that our room was on the 3rd floor. I also found the shower stall a bit small.

I liked that it was quiet. and that I could make coffee in the morning. Everything was available that we needed or we were able to bring it and there was a space available for us to keep it.

There is no onsite parking (but the host was kind enough to move his car so we could park). There also isn't really a breakfast provided, but he did provide oatmeal and a coffee machine in the room. Having an actual breakfast provided would have been nice.

The room was beautiful, and the host was kind enough to leave us a bottle of wine in our room due to needing to check in later so he could clean (there was a marathon that closed down the streets that prevented the housekeeper from coming to clean).

We got locked out of the house a couple times since the front door would get jammed everytime it rained (which is everyday in Pittsburgh). The host helped us in both times with only a little delay, but would recommend fixing that so guests aren't afraid of being left out at night. The shared "pantry" could've been cleaner and better organized.

Charming old house in a very good location for bus access. The room was really nice, with a comfy bed. House had AC and we could open the windows to let some air in from time to time. Having access to coffee, fresh water, and some snacks was convenient.

You should be aware of possible noise from other guests and from the street. There is no real breakfast due to the Covid limitations.

This small hotel is located in a nice quiet area. You need to drive 15-20 minutes to the city center. To get to the hotel and to your suite you will be provided with codes. Check your messages from the hotel. If anything special is needed, you may contact staff. Khalil is a charming helper. The building is old and special. It could be maintained a little better. Other guests were nice and quiet (though the noise - protection is not really good). You will always find coffee, tee, milk, oat meal and snacks in your room and upstairs. The bed was big and super comfy for me with a selection of pillows.

Responsive staff. Easy access and convenient to many key destinations in Pittsburgh. Bed was comfy and shower pressure was great! Easy digital entry.
