Simply put, this property needs to make some updates. Toilets, showers/bathtubs, and sinks are all super outdated.

The location right on the bay, just a short drive from town, was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The first room we checked into was dirty and the jacuzzi tub has standing water in it. Also, you can hear the people walking over the top of you which I understand is not their fault. The gentlemen in the office was very accommodating, he moved us to another room that was very clean and quiet for my 5 month old.

The property was located beautifully. Great access to the beach and it was raked/cleaned every morning.

Ours was a king spa room, but the actual shower was super small. Hard for my tall husband to move his arms while in it 😞. Breakfast was only prepackaged foods and apples and bananas. We didn't utilize breakfast

Great location, right on the Grand Traverse Bay! Comfortable, clean and spacious room. The jetted tub was very relaxing .

It was not clean there was a piece of blind and a toothbrush behind the sofa along with pieces of other things on the floor. The water tasted horrible. They only clean when you stay for five days and don't change out the linens.

There is no elevator, FYI. I was kinda disappointed about the heated outdoor pool not being available. I figured since it was heated and weather so nice, it would be open. It was out of season, so I understand. There was a " ticking" sound all night. I'm not sure what it was, but it's super annoying. I ended up plugging in AC and turning the fan as high as it would go to drown out the sound and be able to sleep. All in all it was a lovely stay with a beautiful view. All staff was exceptional.

The view is exceptional, although it's not a straight on sunset view. You can see a nice view of sunset from the balcony. The spa tub is lovely, though I wouldn't want to share it with anyone else. It's a little small for sharing imo. Coffee,tea, and hot chocolate bar fully stocked with some fruit in the lobby. Bed was comfortable. Nice large room with high ceilings.

Tho it seemed like there weren't a ton of people around we were put one unit from the end right next to another couple/family at the end. It was one of those units that you can open a shared door if each side unlocks it, and it just seemed like I could hear EVERYTHING that they were doing/saying. Also, made me self conscious of making any noise. Esp when we used the bathtub that night, that was very near the shared door. The microwave was also right next to the shared door and I felt so bad using it in the morning multiple times to heat up breakfast because the beep was so loud.

Very nice staff, nice view with patio, lots of choices at grab and go breakfast, big bathtub and comfortable bed.

When checking in, there was no one at the front desk for like 5-10 minutes and we kinda sat around waiting for someone. It didn’t take that long though and it was truly okay, maybe they were busy… but that was the only thing we “didn’t like”!

The view was absolutely amazing! I also loved having the Jet tub in our room, it was perfect to end our night. The bed was incredibly comfortable, especially for a hotel! 10/10 for sure. Thank you!!!!

I was on vacation and came 2 hours early wanted to check in at 2:00 place was dead, room was available but they were gonna charge me 25$ to check in early. So sad. :(.

I didn’t like the bed or the the cheap ice maker I was not an fan at all

The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable only down fall for 4 night I was there. The view was amazing and peaceful and the room was very spacious
