Room and bathroom very small, it's understandable since the building is very old. The photos on your website are deceptive, making the hotel looking much larger than in reality. Website is not up to date on restaurant brunch being available they don't open until 5pm

Our hotel room was shabby. The bedspread was thin and the stitching on it was ragged and ripped. Frankly, I could have purchased a higher quality bed spread at a Goodwill store. That made a poor first impression. The platform the mattress rested on was poorly constructed and creaked and squeaked (LOUDLY) every time you moved, leading to a sleepless night. The sink-outside the bathroom-had TERRIBLE lighting. You couldn't see. The air conditioner made a lot of noise. I did not think it was made clear that you had to PAY for parking around the corner. I thought the hotel had spots reserved for guests in that facility.

The mattress and pillows were comfortable/clean. The staff was very friendly. Bathroom and room itself was clean. The location was great.

TV didn’t work. Poor internet connection. Everything was very dingy. The shower was so narrow that at all times my naked butt was either touching the wall or the shower curtain. No mattress protector on the bed, which I found horrifying as I tend to toss around a lot and I did manage to get tangled up in the fitted sheet. The mattress did look very new. Mystery stains on all the furniture. I mean, it was fine for two nights but I wouldn’t like rush back or anything.i hated that the sink for the bathroom was not in the bathroom, but next to the door to the room. I do not consider myself overly picky.

The bed was soft. The people working there seemed nice. The elevator worked. Room was big and had several windows. AC worked.

You can tell there’s a slight change of the guard. New housemaids actually forgot to do my room once. There’s still working things out, but based on the price you have to give in a little bit. This is not the Ritz.

Super great location, and very charming as it is dated. Terrific front desk staff. For the nightly rate, the hotel works for me.

Mattress was not comfortable, hot water didn’t work.. and there was no validation for parking or free parking option, had to pay in the public garage around the block.

Loved the oldness Hotel, not so much of the room. First, my wife ended up sick on day two of our 4 day stay and couldn't go anywhere. The TV and station app wasn't working. They sent two people who spoke no English, to try to fix the ability to watch TV, that only frustrated an already very sick gal. My wife isn't a needy person, in fact, she's very opposite of that. But when you are stuck in a room and all you can do is watch a non-working TV, that's very frustrating at best. The bed was not comfortable at all. The bathtub didn't have a stopper so she could take a back. Something she loves when vacationing. In all, the room just felt and looked worn out. I hate saying all this. I truly wish I could give high marks across the board, and most of the time I do. I understand what these things do. I'm still going to be honest, either way.

Location was spot on perfect. I love the oldness of the of the building. Personally, we both loved taking the stairs. 6 floors was a nice workout and good for us. Nothing wrong with the elevator, just enjoyed the stairs.

The hotel is currently doing renovations during the day time. The renovations that are being done are not done with quality products, very tacky.

The tub didn't drain but the staff promptly fixed it. The room and bathroom was smaller than I expected.

Very outdated, smelled like cigarettes, you can hear everything through the walls. We got to enjoy listening to someone vomit for most of the morning.

Bathroom Toilet needed inside tank attention. Shower head had barely any pressure and too low. Faucet didn’t work properly. We had to pay to park in a parking garage, after already spending money on the room. Other places included parking fees even if it was near by. No restaurants in the hotel.

location is great. we have stayed here many times when going to a Ray's game. we park across the street in the parking garage and walk from there.

It did smell a little funky and the hallways are very warm. The bathroom was tiny and so was the room tv. Our AC cover actually fell off while we were there and our toilet was constantly making noise.

The hotel itself was cute and a bit trendy. It was a great location and beautiful view from our room.
