My only comment is that there wasn’t any tissues supplied. Also there was no information within the room on what attractions were around, how to get to the downtown area if walking, etc. There should have been some brochures available in the rooms. I also did not feel comfortable that no one was on property to speak with face to face.

Location was very close to the town area and was easily walkable. The cottages were very cute and spacious.

The pool and hot tub were not cleaned, so we could not use them. The tv directions were incorrect, which led to some stress.

Location is great for accessing the bike trail, and for walking to downtown.

Would have liked a couple pods of coffee in room as well as a roll of paper towels or a dish towel.

We loved the property, clean and nicely located to all the Main Street shops and restaurants. The shared lounge was nice if you came with a group. Everything you needed was there. Lovely property. Would definitely stay again.

The only negative I can think of is the bed was not very comfortable.

The property is in good condition and offers plenty for the price. The hot tub was nice and warm . The coffee and drinks in the lobby were a nice touch. The property is walking distance to shops, restaurants, and bike trail

We must have missed the email with my Cottage name so when we got in at 1:00am, we were checking then doors then finally one door was open and the keys were left inside, then we received the email and luckily we picked the right cottage.

There was no breakfast available . My wife and I did not get the code to enter our room nor was their any personnel on site to help us upon arrival at approximately 3:30 Pm. Phone number on our reservation was called but went to voice mail on the two occasions the number was called. We were able to get help from a guest who was also staying at Sunny Side and called his travel site and gave them our name and in about 15 minutes we received the code to unlock our unit.

There was no breakfast available when I walked into the club house.

I think it would be nice to have a duvet on the bed rather than a blanket. And also a kettle would be nice with the opportunity to make a cup of tea.

I liked that it was close to the main part of Dunedin. Easy to find and easy access instructions.

Asked for king-size bed, but only got queen size. Pricing for much of the hotel and B&Bs in the Dunedin area is way out-of-line with what any experienced traveler would expect, and certainly not commensurate with the locale. This unit was priced at the low-end of "outrageous", but still unjustified.

When we came over to office/lobby area in between our 2 night stay to inquire whether there might be any options for 3rd night availability-we chatted with the maintenance guy.. super friendly & kind.. he answered our questions & also gave us some great suggestions as well. The doors to the actual office area were closed the couple times we tried to find someone to ask a few questions too. When we asked one young lady a few questions we felt ‘brushed off’ as if she had no time to talk with us - was not friendly or professional in comparison to other establishments we’ve stayed at over the years. We in general loved the cottages for multiple reasons - unfortunately the girls we were trying to check on a couple things with in the office felt they were not friendly when these days customer service is huge to most anyone.

Loved the style, cleanliness, ease of parking/parking on site. The charm in general of the cottages. Didn’t use the pool (little too chilly) although did sit in the hot tub for a bit.. really liked the lobby/community area inside & out-nicely decorated. Appreciate the water/ice/coffee/pop that was available to guests in the ‘lobby’ area.

The pool needed a little cleaning. Would like to have more information prior to stay regarding things to see/do in the area. We appreciate the messages immensely, but it would help if we received that information earlier in efforts to plan ahead.

Very clean! Loved having coffee cups, wine glasses, silverware, etc. It’s close to downtown too! The communal space is fantastic! Love the retro fridge!

We drove forever, trying to find the location. It was dark, and there was no sign that was lit. The coffee maker didn’t work, and the coffee machine in the main area. The gals that work there didn’t know how to work it. The pool needed to be cleaned, and the chases or wooden and broken and there were no cushions for them.

The room was lovely.
