Everything was okay, front deck clerk in morning was not very friendly had to continue to ask him for coffee and he would get upset about it

The remote control for the TV was not user friendly. I had to get up to adjust the power and volume on and off, it did not work using the remote which apparently was only for the cable box. I was very unhappy that it appears as if the staff had parked both their cars in the drive-through front entrance, so I had to drag all my luggage from the parking lot through other vehicles and obstacles. It looked as if the all the trash cans had not been emptied in days. They were all piled full and falling out. The staff were friendly, but we’re never at the front desk, every time I came to the desk I had to ring the bell and call out loud several times to get their attention from the back room. Breakfast was bare minimum’s.

The beds were very comfortable the room was clean.

TV only got one Channel. Stairway was dirty. Person at front Desk wanted to charge me extra for checking in at 1pm, all we where doing was dropping our Bags off. And I am a Rewards Member

Dated, carpet worn, cleanliness of breakfast area, tables and floor not cleaned between days. Trash not emptied in breakfast area. First day no coffee at 7 am. Most of brwakfast food wiped out in fridge by 7. Second day not cleaned but breakfast food in fridge and coffee arrived at @ 6:10

Price, location, quiet, comfortable bed. Second had breakfast wraps in fridge and they were excellent.

Everything was great when we stayed. Not a good selection on breakfast due to COVID and not having someone who is food handler certified to fix the other stuff. Not much open in town on the weekends that serve breakfast but we made it work.

Pretty sure the room did not have a smoke detector - there was just an empty rectangular outlet hole in the ceiling where it should have been. Also NO elevator, so if you have a lot of luggage or gear you don't feel comfortable leaving in your car - be prepared to carry everything up the stairs.

Location makes sense if you need to stay in Portales. No coffee at the breakfast - yes, I know there are tiny coffee machines in the room, but that doesn't make it ok not to serve coffee at the breakfast station. Lazy.

The breakfast was supposedly offered. It states its from 6-9 I believe. I went out at 7 am and there was nothing but waffle mix.

Hotel staff were nice, attentive. Had some issues with a tv not working. They couldnt fix it so they switched me rooms to a tv that worked. Rooms are clean. Great rate.

it was dirty. it looked as if they didn’t own a vacuum. there were dead bugs by the doors, and the breakfast tables. had half a crumbled muffin all over the tables and floor.

The staff was amazing! Very helpful and welcoming. The location was pretty good. There wasn't any noticeable noice that would interrupt resting, so, that's good!

The lack of a pool was a disappointment, but that's more my fault than anything for not checking first. Only provided cable TV; I guess that's just how hotels operate but it is a missed opportunity not to provide anything like Netflix or any streaming services. We were given two keycards and by the end of the trip one of them didn't work; not sure if it was like that from the beginning or not. I booked a room with only one bed(which was listed on the website as such), but we were given two; not a big issue.

Breakfast was a bit lackluster but it was nice that it was provided; the location was very helpful as it was very close to my main destination. Not too far from the main town area, but not too close either, and was rather quiet and peaceful. The room was neat, tidy, and clean, as was the whole building. Staff was friendly and helpful.
