I could get my 65 dollars back

I wanted to check in early and the lady tried to charge me for a whole night. I then cancelled my trip then they charged me 65 dollars.for cancelled room.

Everything was so dirty in that room the bedspread, the walls, the refrigerator, so curtains, the couch, just absolutely filthy!

The room was FILTHY!!! The room smelled like a smoking room although said it wasn’t, the walls were filthy(gum and a penny stick in the middle of the wall along with dirt and filth all over) bed spreads and burn marks, sheets looked dirty, fridge had someone else’s food in it, shower curtain smelled of cigarettes and marijuana and even the Remote didn’t work went to ask for batteries and they looked through all drawers pulled old ones out of another remote and gave to us to use and still didn’t work. We just needed an hour or so to sleep before flying out. If we didn’t have luggage to pack we would have slept in rental car it was so bad. We had sanitizer to spray on everything and had already paid with no refund so leaving wasn’t an option.

Staff is very disrespectful and arrogant. They have no respect and use profanity. They asked me to provide my debit card and the PIN number to them. Very suspicious!!!

You get what you pay for. The room smelled AWFUL. More than just cigarette smoke. Walls were disgusting. Not very clean. Again, you get what you pay for. The guy was nice though.

What could have been better … EVERY SINGLE THING . There was nothing good there . Literally looked like they picked up the furniture that was in the room from a free pile that’s been outside for months . Everything was broken and not working , the smoke detector was broken . The sink was held up by three pieces of wood . The bed smelled of pee . Absolutely DISGUSTING!!!!

There was no breakfast. Employees were rude and interrupted me. I honestly believe they don’t have employees that clean the rooms. This was by far the nastiest , smelliest , disgusting place I’ve been to in years . I literally went and bought two big comforters to put over the bed so I didn’t have to lay in it . And a pillow . I went and bought bleach and bleached the shower as well. Yuck. I’m so grossed out even thinking of that place.

The non-smoking room was insufferable. Like air hadn't flowed in or out in weeks. The nerve of a requiring a $50 non-smoking deposit when my other option was death - room 204. It was an immediate urge to vomit. Luckily, 205 was smoking with cleaning products. The housekeeping guy did a great job and had the room ready for me. Please recycle beer cans in the 2nd drawer under the TV, gross. Whoever thought it was cool to drop heavy objects over my head between 420am-530am is sick. Why wake me up? I wasn't being loud. It's the sketch people around that make it difficult for normal people like myself, who just wanted to sleep.

The hotel is EXTREMELY dirty every single square inch is disgusting...shower didn't work....bedsheets were dirty and full of wholes....never ever been in a place worse than this

Everything. Rude staff, nothing worked, room smelled and was not cleaned. Bed and pillows had stains. Other guests seemed like criminals/unsafe environment all around. Spend a little extra to stay elsewhere.

Everything; not a single thing I could recommend here. Dirty, rundown, just a mess. Room smelled of stale smoke.

This place is an absolute pit. Dirty facilities; who knows when the sheets and cover blankets had last been washed? Lock on door wasn't sufficient, opened enough that someone could jimmy the door with a knife. Staff? Non-existent. Wouldn't stay here again if YOU paid ME.

Wasn’t really happy with the with the room can’t really describe how bad it smelled there was exposed wires, mold in the bathtub broken busted doors, yellow walls holes in the walls. It was terrible not what I booked online.
