You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaCoastal restaurant- Good food - bad service - took a long time to get our food two hours. Of course they were understaffed as it seems everyone is during post Covid era. But when your food is pricey you have to make your staff match your price. This restaurant did not. Servers were wonderful and polite doing the best they could. But still the level of customer service did not match the price.
Stay was #2009 9/23-29/23 tower 4 brief 5-10 minute walk to beach. Also shuttle provided it you did not want to walk. I have traveled and using Airbnb and other vacation rentals for over 20 years and there’s always worry about is it as good as the picture shows. This would rank in my top five. After even using various services abroad. Condo- clean beautifully decorated, kitchen well- stocked with service for eight. Plenty of kitchen utensils for cooking, serving storing leftovers, unusual amount of lovely pots for cooking. Appliances new and well taken care of with good features. Plenty of linens, comfortable mattresses. Only thing I could not find in the apartment was a blender. This place is as attractive and maybe more than pictures show. views from balcony of both the sound and gulf sea. Thus wonderful sunset view. Service by the staff top notch. An added touch vasaca called the next morning to make sure check in and everything at the condo was to our satisfaction. From our reservation to a check out they were very attentive and answered any questions and kept communication so we know exactly how the process would go. Very easy would use there’s service even if it wasn’t for this location. It is rare to have customer service that you want to applaud in post Covid era. 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
