It was very, very busy on Saturday. It seems that a lot of locals go to the tiki bar for fun. There were a lot of drunk twenty something year olds at the beach in front of the property.

The room had very old furniture, no microwave, no coffeemaker, the tub has old tub mat stuck to the tub, uncomfortable chairs, the shower head leaked, the bathroom is very small, the room smelled like weed and the carpet was old.

The location was great, the staff was friendly and the pool was nice.

the crowd was a bit much as we couldn't get to the beach or the bar when we first got there as there were way too many people at the bar. So we went to another bar down the beach for drinks

They price for drinks are ridiculous. Even for a soda it was 4$. A mix drink and a High noon was 27$. Come on man, Yes, it's a resort and I know the price can be up there but that's just highway robbery. We love the location and the resort itself. We have been coming here for over 5 yrs.

Love how they have fixed up the pool area with new Funiture. Still think they should have left the trees in the courtyard but it's still very nice. We also like the omelets station.

The bedding was rough, restroom definitely needs some work- lights out, paint missing, a lot of wear and tear. Also, the ac- does not cool.

Having to grab ice each day and night. Neighbors next door to us were loud one night late into the evening. There was strong marijuana smell one night all night. Pool was very busy Saturday

It was close to the beach which made it convenient to go back and forth without carrying a lot of beach accessories. The room was clean. They offered free bicycles to hotel guests but there are limited quantities. The hotel is in the middle of various restaurants and bars. Nice area!

The crowd of young kids on Friday and Saturday was a lot. Our things were messed with and stolen by kids on the beach while we were in the water. Our air conditioning stopped working overnight and the room was 80°

The room didn't look anything like the picture, needed updated. The room itself was clean and bathroom was nice but the floor and dresser were very worn, the little couch looked very stained and dirty. The parking was terrible. I wasn't aware that on Saturday they had a dj all day and they let people come in not staying at hotel so it was so packed we couldn't get a drink, food or a seat at pool or at beach. It was so loud and drunk people everywhere. A girl passed out. the ambulance was outside of our window with flashing lights one night. I wouldn't normally mind but I brought my mom there to relax for mothers day so I was disappointed. I picked this place because it looked like a cute small resort verses a big fancy one but it wasn't good. We had been traveling all day and wanted to come in and eat and relax and they told us they were too busy and backed up for anymore food orders. It was 3 in afternoon. The free beach chairs could only be placed in very back of beach so far away from water..the front row was fancy cabanas we could purchase for 150 extra. The menu to order drinks at the bar inside said $13 and it says that online also but we were charged $17 each drink and they said it was an old menu.

The area was nice. Right in the center of restaurants and right on the beach. The staff was very nice. The inside bar and pool were nice and clean and always had towels. We had free bottled water..beach volleyball

The property needs more investment , the price does not warrant the level of the condition of the hotel. The staff are lovely the location is superb but the owners / investors need to inject some money into improving the rooms and condition of the public spaces. The outside looks better than the inside would we stay there again no sorry not in its present condition

The outdated rooms and overused mattresses. The bathroom was old and dirty The restaurant was good when you finally got some food. The staff has a lot of problems bringing you what you ordered .. not very attentive

The rooms are older and did not appear to be what was showed on the website. It was not very clean with mold in the shower and many things being worn. No one came to clean my room during my entire stay although I did request housekeeping on the 2nd day. I had to keep reaching out for clean towels. The restaurant staff was not very friendly either, but the food was good. I did not see a lot of kids at this hotel, and the beach bar was crazy. I can see how it would be a perfect stay for someone young or anyone looking to party the entire weekend. If you don't want to hear the music all night, I would not get a room close to the pool. There were also no pool towels in the kiosk my entire stay.

The hotel grounds are very nice and fun. The location is definitely the best thing about this hotel. The breakfast was also excellent. The restaurant prices were descent, not overly expensive. Within walking distance to many other places. The cleanliness was not great, but it did service its purpose for a short stay.

You can hear everything in the rooms next door. No privacy when it comes to being intimate. The rooms and place could use a bit of an upgrade. The parking lot needs an adjustment. Outside bar needs to be updated. Beach chairs need to be updated.
