The manager attitude like I ran over tub and tub had hole that should have been fix before they put customer in that room. They should have gave me some kind of refund, nobody never responded to my refund request or my clothes getting damage and wet.

The tub was broken and my clothes was wet they didn't offer to dry my clothes or send them to cleaners they gave me another room and tub didn't work in new room.

The overall cleanliness of the building. The towels in my room had public hair throughout them, the bed sheets had stains. The floor in the bathroom moved. There was brown paper bag with snacks and a orange juice that someone left. The random people that hung out in and near the lobby during the day and night. People smoking THC in the parking lot. It was not worth taking the pictures of rhe room or anything on the property. If you visit, you will see from there exactly what I experienced.

The price was reasonable for the accommodations that were provided. Great AC unit and good cable television. Proximity to the Navy Base..

The room was noisy because of the street and the fridge as well. There was only one nightstand and it was very worn. There were only one working lamp in the room, the other had no plug. The room smelled from cigarettes although it was a non smoking room.

The staff was helpful and it was easy to park.

The rooms need work, renovating, updating. The outdoor of the hotel just didn't look appealing

Front desk lady was friendly. Location to the beach was good even though we didn't come to stay for the beach. We came because I thought that was in town and this was the best hotel I can find within my price range that had decent reviews.

I never stayed in the hotel. The front desk lady took my debit and room key and called the police because I told her the room had a rat in inside. She insisted to change rooms and I told her I was ok, that the hotel looked nasty. She then got an attitude and Didn't return my debit or room key. Thank God I had my credit card, I need a full refund.

First room that was given was never cleaned. Bed looks like someone had already slept in it and room stinks. Floors dirty. Hair in the tub , toilet not clean , sink dirty.

Never stayed at property. While attempting to book I received and error message. So i moved on to another location. Got an email that I was booked(so pissed) Tried to contact property as well as booking.com and to no avail the property manager was not available either time I reached out. I called back time after being told to do so by booking.com representative and the properties phone line was constantly busy or going to voicemail which was odd so I called from my daughter’s phone and it rang along with someone answering the phone. So I’m sure they had blocked my number from getting through the line. The guy that I did talk to was very rude and not helpful at all with the situation. He yelled at me and was adamant that I was not getting a refund and that they have a no refund policy if the booking is not canceled 24 hours prior to the booking but there was no way in doing so being that this happened in the middle of the night as I was looking to check in the day of. When asked if he was the manager since he was answering any questions asked he said that the manager was not willing to deal with me or providing my money back. I told him I would be contacting the BBB and he hung up on me. So they stole $140. I did not stay at this property and it was booked in error. So now I’m having to go through hoops and loops to try and get my money back. I will not stop making the proper attempts until I do so. I would hope that this doesn’t have to turn into a legal matter but I will go that route if need be. Lesson learned to not deal with these off brand and independent properties as they make up their own rules and have no respect or consideration for the American people.

Cigarette smells in hallways. My “non smoking” room smelled like there’d been cigarettes. Also a damp smell in room.

The fridge was a great size. Quality furniture in room. Comfortable bed. Convenient location. Modern decor in my room. Decent tv channel selection.

The place looks nothing like its pictures. It was dirty and creepy. Saw multiple people who looked like they were on drugs. There was blood on the stairwell walls. There was no breakfast. Room appeared to be only swept before we checked in.

Waiting to get a room that wasn't under construction was the beginning. I had to wait until like 630-45 to get another room because the first one was obviously not ready with toilet cable and upholstery problems
