You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The staff at the front desk were very friendly. Steve was very nice & explained the layout of the hotel to include explaining the breakfast and dinner schedule if the on-site restaurant. We ordered room service for dinner and the food was outstanding!

Czech RepublicThe wifi was not good enough to make work calls or so. Good enough to browse the internet tho. It could be a bit better. I also missunderstood where I can park and got a parking ticket but that was my fault. Otherwise, no negatives
Everything was perfect! Great people at the reception. Nice facilities and the location cannot be better. They give you beach chairs and umbrellas if you need. Complimentary breakfast was also very good.

United States of AmericaWe came in on a red eye flight and once at the hotel we were told we could check in at 11:30. Once that time came we were told another 30 minutes. We continued to check back every 30 minutes and our room didn’t end up getting ready until 3pm. If I was told 3pm from the start it wouldn’t have been an issue but felt like we weren’t taken seriously. We also called months ahead and confirmed a beach front room only to find out when we got there that it didn’t reflect in their system and they were sold out.
Location was great by the beach. Lots of places to eat close by. Free breakfast was a nice added touch. They give you chairs and umbrellas for the beach which is nice.

United States of AmericaThey have a bird problem and alot of birds are nesting on one of the walls of the property. When you eat breakfast in their outdoor patio there are birds everywhere trying to get food. Also at the salt water pool you can see bird droppings on alot of the chairs. If they were able to get rid of their bird problem I would give them a 10
The location was great its right across the street from the beach and has 2 pools. Some of the most comfiest beds I have ever slept on.

United States of AmericaThe tv didn't work in our room, which wasn't too important to us so we didn't mind. There are essentially two separate hotels on the property and it would've been nicer to have them connected to make going from one to the other easier (the heated pool was in one, the restaurant was in the other), but it wasn't a big deal.
Being right across the street from the beach was so great, and within one block of a great bakery, a juice bar, and a bistro. We could walk just a few blocks to several restaurants and shops, as well. The heated salt water pool was our favorite place in the hotel, where we relaxed each afternoon and made friends.

From the moment we stepped in, the warm hospitality created a truly memorable experience. The stunning ocean views, well-maintained facilities, bedroom comfort, and cleanliness made our stay exceptional. They have two swimming pools, one of which is heated - perfect for a couple of slightly cold days (it’s winter now). Free water is available in the refrigerator in the lobby. Good breakfast. It’s evident that the family’s dedication to their property reflects in the overall ambiance. If you’re seeking a delightful blend of comfort, charm, and seaside beauty, this family-owned gem is an excellent choice for a relaxing getaway! We’re definitely coming back!
