The pier was closed. I booked the room because of the pier being assessable. I booked in April and it clearly stated the pier was going to be ready in May which wasn’t true..

the fact that I had to pay extra tax for an additional night stay and it couldn’t have been added to my previous balance. I felt the price was somewhat expensive. in total I paid close to $2900 dollars

The elevator situation is a bit crazy. There should probably be two more elevators in the main building and they sound brutal.

Our room had a moldy smell to it. We were disappointed in having to listen to the banging on pier .The hot tubs jets didn't work at all on two of hot tubs other one was being repaired .

Unfortunately, much work was being done on the Cherry Grove Pier and the pool deck- so machinery was noisy- not attractive. I realize this is temporary and when they get the hot tub area fixed, will be much better. Also lots of sand etc in the pool so looked dirty.

Rooms were terrific- Tower 1 looks over beach & pier- perfect for sitting out on balcony. We had 2 bedrooms with TV in both and TV in living room. They need better explanation on how to use TV remotes- there were 3 in my room and although someone came to fix TV, he spoke little English and TV still couldn't get basic channels I wanted- only got expanded TV shows and movies.- staff was very nice. Kitchen was accomodating with full sized refrig, oven, microwave, coffee maker etc. Plenty of room in the open living areas.

The bathrooms could have been cleaner it was a little dirty.

The ocean view was fantastic. The food was great. The room was a perfect size for our large group.

Got there at 3:30 to check in, I know the check in is at 4, but it was 4:30 before they got a room ready. And not the hotels fault but the pier was under maintenance and that was a big let down.

Staff was friendly... Great Location for relaxing.

The room was beautiful with an amazing view. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. My only complaint was the pools and hot tub areas. They need some updating and repair work. The hot tubs were non-functional for the entire trip which was disappointing. But otherwise the Prince resort gets thumbs up from our family.

The pier was being renovated due to hurricane Ian.

On the beach, clean, quiet, staff was nice, bar, driftwood restaurant.

Room was not clean! There was mold in the master bathroom in the shower and in the washer. The counter had egg yoke and other stuff on it as if it did not get wiped off at all. The floor was dirty. There was no shower curtain in the one bathroom. The TV in one room didn't change channels tried every remote not that we used it much but at night it's nice to have. There was a hole in the master bedroom wall and the coffee table in the living room was broke I noticed with didn't really bother me but I wouldn't want to get charged for something that was already like that. The master bedroom one door was messed up also and wouldn't lock. Hot tub jets didn't work.

Location was great, the room had a great view and was very spacious. Had appliances in room. The restaurant was amazing! Friendly staff at both the hotel and restaurant.

Our one tub in the master bedroom drained very slow, we had to have a code to get into the pool which I didn't find the code until later in the stay. I think it might be easier for pool access if we were able to use the room key rather than a code.

Pretty much everything, the room was spacious and clean. Everyone was very nice. I love that it was right on the oceanfront and the balcony gave a beautiful view.

Pier closed. Suite need major repair and updates in bathroom. Ceiling falling down in shower, around tub mold and crumbling concrete. Mold and water damage.

Location. Loved North Myrtle Beach. Tower 1 nice balcony on the beach.
