Room was not very clean, empty juice boxes laying around and hair balls all over the floor, make up left on pillow cases:/ Overall, staff was friendly but one staff member at the pool was very harassing about checking every five minutes for your bracelet and of course it wouldn’t fit my two year old. Parking is always available but you do have to cross the street to get to the hotel tower one. Hallways also reeked of marijuana.

The bedroom ceiling fans were noisy, but helped cool the room well. The TV remotes were confusing, and one did not work on any TV in the room. Beds felt a bit rickety, moving and making noise when we got into them.

It suits our needs well. It has easy access to the ocean, a gorgeous view, two bedroom suite gave both privacy but togetherness. Kitchenette was useful for coffee and snacks, and would have worked well if I had wanted to cook.

The pier was closed. I booked the room because of the pier being assessable. I booked in April and it clearly stated the pier was going to be ready in May which wasn’t true..

the fact that I had to pay extra tax for an additional night stay and it couldn’t have been added to my previous balance. I felt the price was somewhat expensive. in total I paid close to $2900 dollars

The elevator situation is a bit crazy. There should probably be two more elevators in the main building and they sound brutal.

Our room had a moldy smell to it. We were disappointed in having to listen to the banging on pier .The hot tubs jets didn't work at all on two of hot tubs other one was being repaired .

Unfortunately, much work was being done on the Cherry Grove Pier and the pool deck- so machinery was noisy- not attractive. I realize this is temporary and when they get the hot tub area fixed, will be much better. Also lots of sand etc in the pool so looked dirty.

Rooms were terrific- Tower 1 looks over beach & pier- perfect for sitting out on balcony. We had 2 bedrooms with TV in both and TV in living room. They need better explanation on how to use TV remotes- there were 3 in my room and although someone came to fix TV, he spoke little English and TV still couldn't get basic channels I wanted- only got expanded TV shows and movies.- staff was very nice. Kitchen was accomodating with full sized refrig, oven, microwave, coffee maker etc. Plenty of room in the open living areas.

Got there at 3:30 to check in, I know the check in is at 4, but it was 4:30 before they got a room ready. And not the hotels fault but the pier was under maintenance and that was a big let down.

The room was beautiful with an amazing view. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. My only complaint was the pools and hot tub areas. They need some updating and repair work. The hot tubs were non-functional for the entire trip which was disappointing. But otherwise the Prince resort gets thumbs up from our family.

Room was not clean! There was mold in the master bathroom in the shower and in the washer. The counter had egg yoke and other stuff on it as if it did not get wiped off at all. The floor was dirty. There was no shower curtain in the one bathroom. The TV in one room didn't change channels tried every remote not that we used it much but at night it's nice to have. There was a hole in the master bedroom wall and the coffee table in the living room was broke I noticed with didn't really bother me but I wouldn't want to get charged for something that was already like that. The master bedroom one door was messed up also and wouldn't lock. Hot tub jets didn't work.

Location was great, the room had a great view and was very spacious. Had appliances in room. The restaurant was amazing! Friendly staff at both the hotel and restaurant.
