parking is a hard to find, bed felt a little stiff and cheap, can be noisy outside and could also sometimes hear the other apartments

The location of the room was very convenient and had a beautiful view. My partner and I had everything within walking distance and felt safe enough to take late-night walks. We forgot we were renting a room because it felt like home.

A bit noisy at times but could barely notice it if the windows are closed. Parking can be a bit tricky at certain times of the day.

Great location, many places to eat and drink. Centrally located in the heart of SD.

Parking mid-day was tricky, but evening and morning it was convenient.

The spaces were clean, well stocked and prepared for us. All amenities we needed were available. The location is fantastic for relaxing and enjoying the laid back San Diego life.

The flight of stairs but that's because of medical injuries. It was also kind of hard to unload and find parking but that's pretty much this area. Could hear some noise from other units, noise from the bar downstairs but that's understandable

I loved how clean and convenient this place was after nightmare airbnbs and corporate housing blah this was a much needed break from the stress of waiting to move into a new place and working/traveling for work. I also really liked that they responded quickly and were extremely detailed on how and where everything was, everything was here which was super helpful. The in unit washer/dryer was much appreciated. I also loved the dedicated workspace for when I had to zoom call meeting fun and computer work for DevOps. The beds were so comfy I did a goldilocks and tried out both bc one was a little firmer than the other one.

I had an issue with a strange smell. But we couldn’t figure out where it was coming from. The apartment was extremely clean. Also being right above a bar means you can hear people outside the second bedroom at night. But the host has ear plugs for use in each room.

It was nice and clean. Definitely around the corner from all the restaurants and night life. Still felt safe walking alone as a woman at night.

Website said the property is above a restaurant, however it is directly above a dive bar that was loud and smoky until well after 2 am on weeknights. Restaurants are noisy til about 10-11 which would have been fine. While property and general location were pleasant we would not recommend. Also parking is just street parking so may have to walk several blocks of area is busy.

Staff communicated well and pleasant to deal with.

The place and aminites are great. There was everything inside the unit. But i didn't like the 4pm check - in time with 10 am check-out time. Plus $ 50 extra for 12 noon check out. Any hotels allowed 2 pm check in and 12 noon check out with no extra cost. My 13 year old nephew had to use washroom at near by fast food place at 10 30 am as the door code was diactivated at 10am. I would recommned this place to anyone only if they change they check out time at 11am without any additional fees as there price is already high. We are on vacation with kids and its bit extra for the kids to wake up at 8am. I could have offer 5 stars but i cant ignore the fact about my nephew.

-over a bar, loud noise nightly until late night -view off balcony was awful -dog barking at neighbor apartment -parking was AWFUL, no assigned area, only on street and never open spots nearby -stairs weren’t in listing, and should be noted -definitely doesn’t sleep more than 4, when I searched for 6 and paid for 6 people -owner held key code for ransom, hours before my arrival, until I paid an additional $300, and wouldn’t let me cancel (after having already paid $1900), and blamed booking.com for the problem. Please see notes on this matter. IT WAS AWFUL. I WILL NEVER USE BOOKING.COM OR THIS OWNER EVER AGAIN AND WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND EITHER, TO ANYONE. if someone could please contact me regarding the refund, I would appreciate it. I would prefer speaking to the CEO of this company, and asked to speak to a supervisor multiple times without being referred to one.
