The walls were not soundproof, I woke up at 5am with some other guest being REALLY loud, I even got scared and thought they were breaking in the room, but they were just being loud outside. Other than that, I have nothing to complain.

The staff was amazing. We got from the airport at 8am and luckily they had an empty room and let us do the checking earlier. The view was PERFECT! I got the room with city and river view, the best view I ever stayed in NYC. Room was comfortable, great bar with many options of cocktails and champagne.

Overall good experience. The hotel provided fair resources. We needed a toothbrush and the hotel was out of supplies. Not a big deal.

The location was excellent and the view from our room of 1 World Trade and the reflecting pools was AMAZING.

Walls were super thin. At 6AM I could hear the person next door going in an out their room multiple times. Sounded like their closet was against our bedroom wall, it was a lot of rattling and banging. I could hear them laughing and giggling for at least 30 minutes. If I was alone I might not be complaining but I had my 5 year old and him waking up at 6AM is never ideal. Also the hallway by our door had dirty towels are soon as we walked off the elevator. Not necessarily the hotels fault, just didn’t make me feel great since that was the first thing I saw when I got off the elevator.

The staff was great. Check in was smooth and informative. View from the room was great. Beds were comfortable.

We didn’t like having to switch rooms at 12am/1am after having a long day of traveling to get to New York because the room was not cleaned properly. There was a dirty hairbrush under the bed, close to the outside (would have been easily found if room was vacuumed properly). Also, the cover for the bed frame and the bedsheets were both dirty (there were black marks).

The staff was nice when we needed to change the room because the cleaning crew had not cleaned the room properly. They were also very helpful during the check in and check out process.

The breakfast doesn’t have lot of options. The room that we were staying at didn’t have enough lighting, but we understand that the hotel is trying to keep a dark aesthetics, but at least they should be more than one light in room besides the passage

One or multiple lifts kept breaking down which was a BIG frustration with us being on the 25th floor.

Location was great for what we wanted and needed. We did not use the hotel for breakfast but as a place for a beer/wine/coffee, it looked great. The room was compact but very nice. Free WiFi was nice

- The air conditioning / heating is noisy and smells quite bad once turned on - The room was quite small and with no view, consequently quite dark. However, this was expected and didn’t affect the quality of the stay. - Cleaning of the room could be improved (dirt under the bedside table)

- The location allows to easily move with the subway and visit all the main attractions - The price is advantageous compared to other hotels nearby

The standard room is perfect for 1 person, a bit small for 2. You will need to be in total coordination with the other person to organize your suitcases and move around.

This was a very pleasant experience overall. Great comfy and large beds, clean room and quiet, the staff was superb. Location is very close to 9/11 memorial and one world trade center, plenty of subway stations nearby also.

Nice hotel and nighbourhood, comfortable mattress, subway at 2 min walk, supermarket and restaurants nearby. A special thanks to Mahamadou, Jose and the responsible for fire safety for their kindness and for making us feel at home.
