Upon arrival I was greeted by a employee and a trainee who were more than accommodating very friendly and helped me right away. Not stated in the information on booking.com or their website, I arrived just after 6:00 p.m. when I walked in and gave them my name they said that they were just about to cancel out my reservation because I hadn't checked in before 6:00 p.m. . Not a big deal I was able to get in without an issue the room I was given overall was not a bad room although the bed seemed way smaller than a full size bed as my significant other who is 6 ft 4 could barely fit on it his head or feet would have to be off the bed if he wanted to sleep spent most the night up and down. Seemingly there is a resident next to us with dogs whom are left unattended a lot (or lacking discipline and training, or the owner just lets them bark and wine without saying anything) as every time we made a noise in the room the dogs would bark at the adjoining door or a wine or get excited dogs will be dogs that's an owner issue. There is no controlled air for the room other than 🔥 🔥 🔥 🥵 🥵 🥵 off and it is set on heat right now so through the night there was no air flow fresh air flow through the room after taking showers it was uncomfortably hot in this room the window didn't even open to let some of the steam out there is a ventilation fan but it is hooked to the heater so our room was uncomfortably hot all night. I was also placed in a room right next to the highway and there was road noise all night long it was a very uncomfortable night which is pretty dissatisfying as it's actually a pretty nice room other than that abnormally small bed. I work and travel and generally stay at Motel 6's but this makes me question if I even want to come back to this place I may give it another try and a different room.

Coffee was delicious! Shower was hot. Clean room, and welcoming staff. Security on site, great camera system.

The ceiling in the room was coming down, the beds very much need replaced. The girl at the front desk was great and they said that they had breakfast and all they had was coffee but as long as they had coffee.

The room smelled of cigarette smoke, there were half-done repairs and half-painted walls with dried paint all over the floor.

I didn't like when I went outside and the room locked with my card key and all my stuff in it, they want a ID when I just put all my stuff in the roach filled room.

Rooms desperately need updated, one of the 3 rooms, leaked from the ceiling, we were on 2nd floor, and were required to use ice bucket for the leak dripping. Our room, was also strange, Tom Bodet, says they'll leave the light on for ya. However, the sconce on the wall was loose, as we tried to turn it on, the whole thing turned sideways. Nobody could have turned that one on. the sink was cold lever was hot, the hot was cold.

We were able to get rooms for the amt of people we needed to accomodate.

Uncleanlines(Floors dirty,stained,something like peas and spilled drinks etc...). Homeless people around,blocking the stairs. AC not working properly,no microwave,no fridge.

the floors were filthy had to wet towels and clean them. bathroom sink would not drain told office staff they checked out loosened drain pipe and put a can under it , no ice machine did not work not a friendly staff

“A/C” unit put out warm air and no one came to fix it. The floors were FILTHY. I summoned the courage to look under the beds when we were leaving and found all sorts of debris. The good news is we did find the TV remote under there. The bad news it was too sketchy to even consider reaching for it. I let the front office know it was there under the bed and she just stared at me. Also mentioned the A/C unit again. Same stare. Oh well.

The front office staff upon check in Was very nice and welcoming. The shower had plenty of hot water, the towels smelled clean. The beds appeared clean but just worn.

Well Addie the front desk girl was amazing. Always had a smile, eager to help and attentive. However, they charged me for a night after I checked out and didn't bother to tell me. And insisted that they were in the right. The GM is rude and a crook

Everything else. The whole place was gross, stained towels and washclothes, other people’s hair on the beds (multiple different people’s hair), stains on the walls, moths everywhere, advertised as non-smoking but everywhere else smelled like smoke including the room. Every breath in was smelly. The pictures were totally false, and there was only one towel in the room, no washcloths or anything. So I went to the desk to ask for more and he gave me everything BUT what I asked for, had to make multiple trips back to the office to grab stuff that should’ve been in there. Loud people outside, police circling the parking lot.

It had a functional shower. We didn’t die.
