Handicap room on 3rd floor and not near the elevator. It was almost at the end. It was difficult for mother.

It's not specific to this hotel, I just don't like that we pay so much for a room to only sleep in and can never take advantage of the amenities because we're usually there for an event and only have the room for less than 24 hrs. I think checkout should be later.

I like the location, it's the nicest hotel in town, breakfast is always amazing, always clean and staff is always serving with a smile.

You need to invest in new washcloths! They were so thin you could see through them. We stayed at holiday inn express in Pueblo Colorado. Otherwise everything was fantastic!

Helen was fantastic to see in the morning! She definitely was a morning person and loved her job.

Hand towels were cheap and thin not good quality. Bathroom seems very old notice cracking in tile I think the value for one night stay was too high.

The elevator was pretty slow

Nice big parking lot. Hotel was clean, breakfast was very good. I used the business center to do homework so that was a nice option.

The bathroom smelled moist. Like a wet dirty rag. Not too sure if it's because of the humidity or the ventilation, but it was very unpleasant when using the restroom. Housekeeping did its best to keep it clean.

I enjoyed that the hotel was accommodating to my sister's dog. I enjoyed that the location was nearby other stores. Breakfast was included which saved me money on spending an extra meal.

Not really a property issues, but on my second nights' stay there was a baby that cried from 10pm to about 2am (or at least until i was able to fall asleep).

Breakfast area was spacious and clean, and the food and beverage options were plenty (both hot and cold options for food and bev).

We booked through Booking.com, booked two queen beds but received a king instead. The hotel refused to make an adjustment because I booked through Booking.com. So be aware that you may not receive the room that you booked.

Breakfast could of been better more selection of fresh fruit . Also there were no sheets on the sofa bed.

Freezer needed to be defrosted in the room, Roman shade needed to be fixed

The hotel was very nice. The breakfast was great each morning, fresh, well stocked Helen was amazing she works so hard to please and ensure you have everything you need. The room was nice, I wish there was more light over the kitchenette area, it was dark. The Roman shade in the room did not roll up, must have been broken, we we manually rolled it and stuffed it up in the window tracks to keep it there. The fridge needed to be defrosted, there was huge frost in the freeze, we couldn't even use it. The pool and hot tub were nice, we swam during the day and had the whole area to ourselves. We'd definitely stay there again.
