It was so dirty. There was hair everywhere. I didn’t even want to get into the bed. There was on pillow, period. There were cigarette burn holes in the comforters, and hairballs stuck to the back of the bathroom door. I get it’s it’s a “cheap” hotel. Wouldn’t have minded but for 75 bucks, that’s wild. If it weren’t so late and we weren’t exhausted and just trying to sleep, I wouldn’t have let my daughter sleep there.

First room we got smelled like dog and cigarettes, so she changed our room. First bed was okay. Second bed was dirty, so we just all slept in one bed.

The fact that they advertise breakfast, included. There is NO breakfast unless you cound a sandwich bag with a granola bar and hostess powdered donuts a breakfast. Update your listing and take the breakfast pics down.

The location was close to many nice restaurants and stores. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Countertops and tops of furniture were dirty, it look like they had not been wiped down in quite a while. Bed was Lumpy, mattress needs to be changed.

There was no breakfast which I presume is still COVID related. The coffee available in the lobby was lukewarm at best. When I attempted to make coffee in the room, there was the maker, cups, and packets of coffee but NO basket in which to place the coffee packet for insertion in the coffee maker. That was a bust. The outlet into which the room hair dryer was plugged was inoperable. I can’t imagine that this is not a code violation of some sort. When I let the morning desk clerk know of these issues, the response was, “Okay.” This was not a response that indicated any interest, let alone gratitude that these were things to correct for the next guest.

I booked online less than an hour before arriving at the property. The desk clerk was very nice and had my room key waiting for me.

We arrived and left the first room we received after 5 minutes. The toilet was leaking, the bathroom was flooded and the water was leaking into the room. We got a second room. The smoke detector was not installed which is a hazard for the people in the room. The table was barely holding together with duct tape. There was a hole in the wall. I took pictures of all this because the room was this way when I arrived. We did stay in this room cause we didn't want to change rooms for the third time in 10 minutes.

My nephew and I didn't stay for breakfast. We left in the morning to our next hotel. The room had four walls.

The front desk staff was very pleasant. The rooms are outside. To get to our room, we had to pass a guy that was outside his room smoking. Like he was scoping the area. As we enter the room, we noticed a used q-tip on the carpet. Our room was ample, however, it smelled fermented, like someone had a party there, and it was cleaned thoroughly, but not enough to rid off the smell. Bathroom seemed clean, but we clorox wiped the bathroom. The room was quiet for a good night sleep, but the smell was not. We only stayed about 6 hours.

The room looked as if it was just looked over. Missing pillow, carpet very dirty. I walked on it and my feet were sticky dirty. Missing remote, tub was full of dirt. Floors were not mopped. Yuck and found dried dog poop
