Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaNo tv remote. Asked for 1 didn't work. Asked for a 2nd. That's was the last 1 they had... didn't work. We believe homeless are staying there, but no problems.
It was a good deal.

United States of AmericaBecause it’s an old building and the hallways have not been updated, it has a smells like a combination of musty and weed. There was no microwave in the room to make buying food convinced. The coffee maker in the room didn’t work. There were several long term “residence” and it shows. The breakfast offered was pretty sparse, mainly because the residents primarily use it as their main morning meal. They have signs up telling people not to take more than what you need… by 9am most of the offerings were already gone.
I loved the location. It’s in downtown Greeley making it easy to walk pretty much anywhere. The room was “clean” with a few details overlooked. But it pretty much had everything I needed for my trip. I forgot my conditioner and they had conditioner vs. 2 in 1 shampoo. Funny enough that was important to me. The woman at the front seat was very nice and helpful. She really keeps the place going. You should give her a raise!

United States of AmericaThe whole neighborhood had a rotten stench.
Way too too many DOGS staying in the hotel. Running out of many things at breakfast. Unclean eating conditions. Very many people hanging around who seemed homeless. Room and beds were comfortable and clean.

United States of AmericaNothing that the staff can really do anything about. But it really is a good hotel to stay at.
The place is a good stay overall, some of the guests are absolute slobs about their pets going to the bathroom in the hotel. Overall the Greeley Conference Center was a pretty good place to stay. The staff were fantastic though. They will do their best to accommodate you and are just terrific

United States of AmericaI think that it is unreasonable to ask for an additional $150 in cash deposit if you are paying cash for your room. The carpet in the bathroom had blood on it. We did show it to the staff in a picture. The wall paper was pealing in the bathroom and the room. The soap was already used. Gross. The window looking outside was horribly dirty. I looked like someone spit on it. The outdoor furniture were wood cable spools. The pool had a broken skylight fixture that was replaced with plywood. The railing for the pool was broken. There were no towels in the pool area for swimmers. A sad little hotel that could use some serious updating. I have pictures of the above mentioned defects.
The shower water was warm and the linen was enough for the two of us for the stay.

United States of AmericaIf I could change anything It would just be the location of the room. We were in the first room on the first floor. We were right next to the employee closet where they keep all the cleaning supplies so the morning was a little loud but it wasn’t so bad that I wouldn’t stay again.
The room looked and smelled clean when I walked in! The room was very spacious with the two queen beds. Overall it was a nice place to stay for just one night and the location is amazing! I wasn’t able to check in early but I was able to walk around downtown and have lunch and check out the area without the hassle of driving or Ubering.

United States of Americathe 1st room they put us in had peeling patched wallpaper with a ratty worn chair and what looked like blood on walls just outside of the tiny sink area to the bathroom. Rooms are super small. No ice bucket, so I used my own bag to go get ice from the new room on the 3rd floor and that ice machine was broke. The breakfast was ALL carbs. No fresh fruit or hard boiled eggs etc. We wouldn’t ever go back to that hotel. Very low grade.

No Hot tub. business center would not let me print. computer was slow. They could use updated computer equipment.
