The hotel could renovate the facility to spruce it up a bit more. It is decent though dated with signs of wear and tear.

The hotel is just old. It smells like an old hotel, it looks like an old hotel. It shows an understandable amount of wear and tear for its age and the price paid for what I got was a little high… but it was acceptable given the circumstances in Dallas at the time. The solar eclipse had just happened and availability was scarce.

The staff was awesome. Overall the stay was what I expected. The room was quiet and comfortable and clean so I was able to rest well enough despite the huge storm that rolled through at 3 AM.

Very dated - needs some TLC Forcing a 100 deposit for incidentals? What incidentals? Outrageous. Also I never found it in my booking app details.

The windows and walls are not soundproof - at all. You will hear every plane!

Hotel shuttle was great, and location was super convenient. Staff were also very helpful and friendly.

Despite the fact that I enquired about the shuttle and it’s earliest availability staff neverbooked or suggested I should book. By the time we checked in the shuttle was booked out🙁

Location. Were leaving on a very early 5:40am flight with international connections. Shuttle and short distance were a plus.

Well, it met all our needs, but the hotel interior is seeing wear and tear of the many people who fly frequently. No complaints, breakfast service is great! Good coffee! Beds are comfortable, room was clean.

We have used this hotel twice because it is very close to the "Travel Spot" parking for our vehicle while gone and returning to DFW airport. Friendly staff, quick check in, a little older but the rooms are definitely nice when you are taking off the next morning. About 5 minutes from a very secure parking spot and less than on-airport parking, espesially when you are going on the plane and not returning for 8-10 days.

Lighting in room could have been better.

The location was great - about 10 mins from airport. Free shuttle picked us within reasonable time from our call. Did not have breakfast as we had early departure time. It was great for an overnight stay between flights. Had all the amenities like frig, microwave, etc.

Bed was firm. Air unit was a little noisy, but nothing unusual or intolerable. Bathroom was small. Sink was oddly positioned outside the bathroom door and directly in front of the room entrance door. There is not much that an be done because this is a structural issue. The bathroom was clean,functional and stocked.

Breakfast was good and fresh, plenty of options. It's an older hotel (based on design)but it has been updated and is in quality condition.
