The only thing I had an issue was the staff (front desk). The AC of the first room they check us in wasn’t working and we waited for half an hour but after we followed up at the front desk couple of times no maintenance came so we just ended up asking them to move us to a different room and they did. The breakfast restroom doesn’t have soap nor paper towel to use . I don’t feel comfortable asking any service at the front desk because they make us feel that they are tired of their job 😅😅😅 . So this may be the first and last time we will be staying in this hotel unless we have to.

That they charged for parking. It should be included especially if it's only one vehicle...if there was more than one then I can understand. Also had to ask for more towels an washcloths cause there was only enough for one person in a 4 person room.

The parking when you first arrive there is no place to park to get registered. What they do have is so small only two cars can get in, because of the layout.

I traveled miiiiiiileeeeesss away only to find out there were renovations going on. The whole week that we stayed majority of the front desk were very rude and unpleasant. After being there a week on vacation, I was ready to pack, load up and drive off....... but noooooooo the staff had other plans. We were held hostage because the manager was no where to be found. The driveway was blocked (by the managers car), the front desk wouldn't page or find the manager to even help with this situation. So at this point, it's raining, I'm frustrated, definitely aggravated and ready to GO. As if it wasn't bad enough to have to walk/run to the parking garage due to the rain to retrieve my car from a section that 😑 visitors were left with to park (because most of the designated areas were for the construction 🚧 workers/team). There were people that I'm sure didn't have reservations there; just hanging around (felt uneasy/unsafe 🙄 everytime my family and I had to leave the premises). My advice to you, please call before you BOOK or come.

The hotel is under renovation which was not on the site. So the door to pool could not be accessed, my hallway was bare concrete and no trim with construction debris. There was a yellow stain at the bottom of my patio door curtain which I suspect was from a dog marking now that they do allow pets and the room smelled a little like urine. The "couch" in the room was small and stained.

The parking was a bit of a struggle. I was given a section to park in then when I got in later in the evening all spots were taken. Then was given a key card to another lot that the gate or key card was working on. The night worker had to lift the gate to gain access. It was a bit stressful and it was a parking area for another hotel so I was afraid of my car being towed. All this and still had to pay 20.00 for parking.

Common area rugs were pulled up and walls were stripped. The hallways made the hotel appear abandoned. The room itself was not carpeted and a strong offensive oder was present in some of the common areas.

Breakfast selection wasn’t the best. No protien. The hotel was under construction so it was loud. I read on the website that you could book it as long as you’re 18, that’s why I booked this hotel. When we got there they said you had to be 21 so we had issues with checkin. They also don’t allow ANY early checkins. And I didn’t like that we had to pay $50 for parking

The property is under renovation. Most of the hallways and outside areas were ripped up and being redone during our stay. Because of the renovations, the hotel wasn’t very clean while we were there.

The location of the property is great. The rooms are recently renovated. All rooms have a view of the ocean. Breakfast is great!

I reviewed it before booking and saw that the only bad review it had was construction that was in December so I was under the impression that that would be over. No one told me otherwise. The pool was not open although I didn't want to swim in it. I would have liked to laid out the side of the pool at the beach. Also they have no carpeting on the floors in their rooms which is probably cleaner but you hear everything. Out in the hall they had a raw concrete floor with no carpeting and no buffer. So we heard everyone walking to their rooms. The family that ran the place lived down. The hall woke us up at 6:00 a.m. both mornings. When we requested only a couple hours longer on checkout. They said absolutely no way. Checkout was at 11:00 a.m. On the dot no exceptions. And check in isn't until 4:00. What were they going to clean for 5 hours? It was only My bestie and Me. And we did not leave a mess. All we had was some wet towels and one bag of trash neatly tied up.
