Changed rooms closer to the main building away from the works. Hopefully there wouldn’t be ants in there too and just the wet floors due to leak was just risky for me due to pregnancy and it’s being a safety violation
There was lots of ants in more room water leak coming from the wall and onto the floor. Construction worker guys working outside of my room being so loud during the day time. And the hot tube was working during my stay

The cleanliness of the hallways, staircases, and baseboards of the hotel were nasty. The pool was also very dirty looking and the photos displayed of the pool on the website are old because the pool that was actually there looked run down and like it hadn’t been up kept in years. We had planned to take our two kids to the pool in the evenings but opted not to because of the filth. Will definitely be staying somewhere else next time we come to Branson.
I liked the price of the motel. It was ok for what was included.

there was no microwave in the room the pictures of the rooms online made the rooms look bigger than they were, Wi-Fi was out several times during the week. one day for 8 hours. also today when i checked out the bill was 14.00 dollars more than what they charged my credit card to began with.

The pool area had zero towels for the entire stay. The elderly lady working breakfast had a mental breakdown on the entire lobby because people didn't know how to use the waffle maker and the timer and equipment was broke. I do understand that good help is hard to find right now, but maybe don't put people who aren't good with crowds in charge of crowds. She was kinda terrible. I also understand that people have bad days, and maybe she was having one, but I just wanted to give honest feedback and maybe management will fix the issues, or hire more help for that lady.
The room was fine, and the pool and spa was fine.

Floors had sticky stuff on them Sink had ants Soap scum in the shower And a barking DOG all night in a room they weren’t supposed to have dogs in. Kept us up in the night Then WE had to move rooms the next night at 930 pm because the dog was still barking and no one took care of that problem !! We should have been offered a discount or the other people should have been forced to move

The room was not as clean as it should be. They had just finished moping the floor. It was still wet but not clean. It was like they used dirty water. One of the beds had a torn sheet. There was a used towel hanging on the hook behind the door. We asked for more towels on our 2nd day. We got 2 towels but NO replacement washrag...............the stool would rock when you get up from seating on it.
The check in staff did the best they could. The lady taking care of the breakfast food and service did a great job. The location worked out great for our visit.

We went into a room that never got cooler than 74 degrees I couldn’t control our ac and we got very poor sleep as it was too hot Also our remote did not work in our room until the maintenance man came in to change a filter in the vent that did not help and he had to sync the remote with tv

The buildings were a little worn down.
Breakfast was good. The housing looked dated and a bit run down. The bed was comfortable but woke up with bug bites on my leg. I think they should update the buildings that house the bedrooms.

There were only 2 towels bath towels in the room and we asked for more but never received them ( we had the Jacuzzi room and stayed 2 nights)

Bed was hard a uncomfortable couldn't sleep very well was glad I only stayed one night. The flooring beside the hot tub was loose and coming apart the room smelled like mold and chlorine. There was no microwave in the room.

It said breakfast from 7-10 and there was nothing, and there was nobody at the office. There were multiple people including us trying to check out and nobody was there, no one would answer any of the phone numbers. They just put a no vacancy sign up and left.
The room was good for the value. We really enjoyed the hot tub and pool, my only complaint is that the pool closes at 10 but there was a few people drinking and being loud and swimming late into the night.
