Towel holder fell off the wall. Chain lock on door broken. Cover on room heater fell off. Adjoining room had a family with loud kids and a mom screaming and you could hear everything. Pool and hot tub were down for maintenance. Breakfast was toast, waffles, or cereal. Shower head at level with my husband's chest.

Lots of pillows, clean, comfortable room. First floor room that had access from the interior hallway and the outside.

The television was difficult to operate.

Desk clerk checking us in was nice and helpful. Room clean. Fair room rate for the area. We could park right outside the room. And we had a door to the parking lot and into the hall of the hotel.

This hotel is extremely outdated. All of the upkeep is terrible. Paint all over everything. The beds were so stiff. This hotel needs a facelift.

The staff's attitude wasn't great in response to us asking for basic amenities.

There was mold growing on the edges of the hot tub, the floor in the pool area was absolutely disgusting, no pool towels were provided (good thing we packed our own) and when the kids were done swimming after an hour we went to the room to change their clothes and we went home. The room was gross, the toilet wouldn't flush and when it did, it ran for 30 minutes afterward. I don't even know if the beds were comfortable since we could hear literally every noise coming from the room next to ours... which was another big reason why we left. Definitely wouldn't recommend anyone to stay there. We won't be back even for the cheap pool use. It's a health hazard and we only stayed 2 hours because we had already spent the money.

We took the kids here to have something cheap to do on a gloomy day. It was exactly that, cheap, gross fun for the kids. Spent less on the room than we would have taking all the kids out to dinner. Spent $70 for a couple hours of fun for the kids.

Rooms need maintenance toilet seat not attached bathroom door coming apart fridge frose are stuff had to throw away. Not pleased. I was wanting a partial refund and have heard nothing. .not pleased at all. Also the pool was not heated and that is why we picked this hotel.

The hotel is very outdated and was not very clean outside. The room cleaning service was not great.

The location was very Central and easy to access the campground next door.

The whole facility is in dire need of updating. Very dreary. The toilet/shower area is very small, difficult to close the door. The lighting is awful with too bright lighting. The room we were in had a stovetop but nothing to cook with. Our room was right next to the ice machine and elevator, very little sound proofing.

It was ok, the food was hot and was refreshed as needed.
