We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sounds proof was very bad, you can hear next room talk on the phone so loud at 1am, baby crying for half an hour at 12: 25am. Next door business is Waffle House fighting and music turn on at the parking lot for an hour around 3:30am.

United States of America- No bedside lamp (but a hole in the wall where there probably was one at one time!) - No coffee maker (but there were packets of coffee to use in a coffee maker!) - No hangers (but a rod for hangers!)
We had low expectations after reading the reviews but it was OK. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, the shower was nice and there were lots of towels.

The hotel is good value for money. The staff was very friendly and the room was fine. The breakfast was quite good. There were restaurants nearby.

United States of AmericaThe hotel is under renovation there were no carpets or tiles on stairs, just wood and nails sticking out. The bathroom had apparently just be redone the crew or housekeepers didn't bother to sweep the crud from the corners and lining along the tub. Like literally chunks of caulk or whatever. Half the furniture was makeshift put together I wouldn't waste my money again, I know you get what you pay for I would've paid less and gotta a better room in ocean view or vb ocean front from the same company or similar.

United States of America1) There were approximately four large rolls of dirty carpet in the lobby behind the couch, as though the lobby were the storage area for junk. 2) The hotel's lobby, hallway, and room smelled like smoke, despite the non-smoking signs. The smell persisted even after leaving for a meeting, and the smoke was embedded in the room's fabrics, causing concern. 3) There are no irons in any part of this motel. I asked the front desk clerk if they had an iron so I could iron my clothes for my big meeting, and he said they didn't have any since they threw out all of their irons and ironing boards while they waited for new ones to come in. If I had only purchased an iron, I would not have had anything sturdy to place it on in order to remove the creases, so I had to go out and purchase a steamer. Afterwards, I had to purchase hangers (of my own from Walmart) since they were missing the ones, I needed to steam my clothing and then hang them on afterwards. 4) The bed frame was much too small for the bed. I had to crawl over the frame to reach the mattress when I climbed into the bed. I had to be extremely careful not to hit my toes, foot, or the oversized bedroom when getting in and out of bed so I wouldn't hurt myself. This poses a serious risk to young people, the elderly, and everyone who has trouble moving their extremities. 5) When I folded back the sheets, they had hair (not of my own) in the middle of them. It was as though the house kept making the bed, knowing that hair was in the bed. 6) The sheets had yellow spots throughout the entire bed sheet. It appears that someone peed on the sheets, and the hotel kept the sheets, washed them, and reused them. This is definitely a biohazard, and I was concerned for my skin. 7) There was no blanket on the bed, just sheets and another sheet overlay. I froze the entire night due to the bed not having proper bedding.
The only thing I liked about this hotel was its location. Everything else was a disaster! This deserves a -5! Continued from "What I did not like" (PLEAS READ MY DON'T LIKES ABOUT THIS HOTEL) 8) The hotel towels were filthy! I opened up the towels, and there were pubic hairs in them. In addition to pubic hairs, they had red (possible blood) and yellow spots throughout the fold of the towels. It was almost like the towels were not properly washed. 9) The floors were very dirty, as though they had not been swept in weeks. I couldn't walk around with just socks on; I was afraid of the floors messing up my clean socks. I would not have wasted my time writing these concerns down if I didn't think it was necessary. Please use caution when staying at this hotel; this was not what I expected. I am very disappointed, and I spent extra money when I didn't have to. I was not comfortable at all; I really wish I could get my money back!
