There had no table or chairs to sit and eat. No wall mirror to see yourself. And, parking was limited. But, it was a busy time with Fiesta going on. And, price of the room was higher than usual

The staff was friendly and courteous. Pleasant atmosphere and cool air conditioning. The beds were comfortable and great breakfast

The Room Was Ok But There Were Stains In Out Pillows and Restroom Looked Like It Was Not Clean There Were Stains On The Toilet And The Shower Was Dirty .

Two light bulbs missing and one that didn’t work. Informed reception but not replaced. Room lock temperamental and needed to get both cards replaced. Smart TV but not connected to internet.

Good sized clean rooms. Decent free breakfast.

breakfasts WAS FAIR, LOCATION WAS GOOD, but the commode seat was not connected and could have been dangerous. I reported theissue to the front desk on Sunday and the lady said there was no one there to fix it but she would have it fixed on Monday. It was not fixed. I complained again Tuesday not fixed, and I complained on Wednesday and it still was not fixed when we checked out on Thursday. This seat was dangerous! My wife or myself could have easily slide to one side or the other and ended up against the sink area with sharp edges or between the tub and floor or hitting the tub with our head or arm. If this had of happened a lawsuit could have been the result. I don't understand managements not getting it fixed. I realize it was Spring Break and the hotel was booked full butI did issue a major concern that was not taken care of and it would have taken 10 minutes.

I didn’t like when I checked in the room they originally gave me door did not close or lock. I had to run an errand and when I came back, my door was open for anyone to walk in. I brought the issue to the manger on staff and he moved me to a new room. I was told they would fix it the following day. I stayed at the hotel for 4 days and everyday I passed by that room, the door was still NOT fixed. My other issue about the property is the two rooms I had wasn’t as clean as they said it was. I saw hair on my towels and through the bathroom. The furniture was dusty and dust accumulated on certain areas.

I liked the size of the bed and the room. Breakfast was decent with waffles, eggs, sausage, yogurt, cereal, coffee/tea/orange/apple juice, and fruit.

I don’t think it should have been as expensive as it was. Breakfast was terrible, there weren’t a lot of options and the milk was rotten. We found stains on our comforter, sheets, and towels which made me scared to think that things weren’t getting cleaned.

The staff was so nice!! And it was a close drive to the river walk.

Staff needs to smile more or to be more helpful to guests. They did not mention a "deposit" prior the check-in. Please be aware of this. Take pictures of room just in case.

The location is good to get to places around. Quite neighborhood, so pleasant to rest at night. Breakfast is good to start a day.
