You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of America1. The pool and spa were closed-- even though they were advertised as open online. Apparently they've been closed for a few years. 2.The ice machine was broken. 3.There was a large glob of white stuff stick to the wall over the desk. 4.The screen on the window was about 1/3 absent. 5.Breakfast was a huge disappointment. The eggs and sausage were cold. The orange juice was gone by 8am on a Sunday and when I told the staff she said she was going to get some and didn't come back. There was no fruit and no yogurt. It was a totally disappointing experience and very much overpriced.

United States of AmericaThe advertised hot tub in the hotel description by the swimming pool was not operational. That was one reason we selected the hotel. The breakfast was like they were during COVID days.
Changed our room from 203 to 107 when the first one smelled like someone had been smoking.

United States of AmericaI could hear people tripping out on meth from some where else in the building downstairs through the register in our bathroom. We were in room 220 so whoever was below us every night for 9 days we could hear word for word. They were talking about the drugs they were taking and a woman would start crying and yelling swear words.
It was clean and well taken care of.

CanadaI had wanted a ground floor room but was told all rooms were booked yet the parking lot never had many vehicles in it. The only room they had didn't have a working card lock so they had to let me in with a master key, very inconvenient. Indoor pool and hot tub were out of service, the snack vending machine was empty and Coke vending machine wasn't working.
The facility was relatively clean and the room was great. Very comfortable once I was in it. Very nice breakfast area with lots of food options. Staff were quite friendly.

United States of AmericaWhen I arrived between 5:30-6:00 pm, the desk person was quite unfriendly, gave me my key to the upper level, no elevator, I opened the door and the room was not cleaned, bed not made, etc. I returned and she told me there was nothing she could do and they were full. I said she had to do something and after the third time she called her supervisor who said she would come back and clean it. The wi-fi didn't work all weekend.
Fairly quiet and bed was comfortable.

United States of AmericaEntry door didn't work/,lock. Walkway to the parking lot was very icy and not cleared at all. The staff threw down some rock-salt but that didn't do much to help. My daughter slipped and fell, no injuries thankfully.
It was quiet, not far from the highway, and the staff knew great places to get a fantastic meals in the area.

United States of AmericaWent to breakfast and came back...put on hand on the door handle and it opened right up. So I opened and closed it 6 times without the key. Told the front desk and they said with the new key system some door you have to put the key in to lock it. could not try it as I was checking out.
