Service at check-in. One of the employees wasn't that friendly or helpful. The person on duty just let me pay, gave me my key card and was done. No instructions whatsoever, like what room etc. Also asked for a wake up call and didn't get the call. So service of hotel personnel was pretty bad.

I loved the shuttle drivers. Very helpful and also very friendly and attentive, especially the male driver.

Stains on the wall and rugs. Some of the doors look really rundown. There was trash in the hallway. a car parked outside with loud base at 130 in the morning.

The room smelled like cigarette smoke from a previous guest. Both elevators and every hallway smelled like marijuanna during our entire stay. Not just with one passing. The pool had a tarp over it and looked like black moldy water.

The cleanliness was fare and poor. Our floor stinked to weed. The carpet in our room was awful and very dirty. The furniture is kind of old and the shower had a leak.

Trash in bathroom, trash can not empty. One of the beds was not made. And the security card needs to keep to himself. It doesn't matter what time I check out as long as it is before 21am. And security guard would not let my guest use the laundry room

The staff was not friendly. Only cleaned our room 1 time in the 4 nights we stayed. Did not have clean bath towels for us 2 days while we were there. Ice machine on first floor does not work and it didn’t seem that the staff new it. And obviously did not care.

The front desk person was somewhat dismissive and acted like we were bothering his video watching. When we got to our “non-smoking” room, there was a cup with water and cigarette butts outside the door. When I opened the door, the room smelled like cigarettes and marijuana.  I called the front desk and he gave us a new room. When I went to get the new key, all he said was, “there’s your new key.” The night driver, Miracle, was amazing! She was friendly and professional. The inside of the hotel is very rundown and off-putting.

There was no microwave in my room and when I told the front desk they told me 3 different times they were going to bring one up. They never did.

The breakfast could improve. They didn't have a whole lot to offer as far as breakfast. The location was good. It was close to everywhere I needed to go.

The whole place is decaying a little bit. Pool is out of order, elevator out of order, lots of little things not being kept up. For being named "Airport Southeast" it's not particularly close to the airport, or anything else.

Room was clean and a comfortable bed. Breakfast included a waffle maker. The airport shuttles were prompt and much appreciated.
