Our first night at 430am, a kid in the hallway and the staff saw on camera thus came up to the floor and started beating on door as if there was a fire waking everyone rather than looking over video or getting law enforcement. The staff member was being loud still after waking everyone, my girlfriend asked if they would tone it down and get law enforcement and they told her to get in the room or the staff member would have her removed from the hotel. Another was asking for our room to be serviced with towels, upon returning noticed it was not so went to the desk to get some towels and were handed dish towels because those were all the staff member could find.

Upon inspection of the mattress for bed bugs- we lifted it up & inside the box bed was dog food. Also our feet were dirty of dog hair & debris while walking around. I have a non-shedding dog so I’m not used to that. We loved that the hotel allowed dogs & got to see a few friendly ones all over. I don’t know how the kibble got in under a flushed box bed. Upon Check out I did let the front desk man know the issue.

The low price point, free full breakfast & nice staff. The beds are super comfortable! We used the gym too & it was great. No bed bugs.

The hallways and room were spotless and smelled very fresh and clean. It appears that the place has undergone a fairly recent update…the bathrooms in particular were very nicely done.

The bed was very uncomfortable; there were not enough pillows available to help make the bed more manageable; one teeny, tiny soap in the bathroom and no handsoap at all. It was nice that there was a free breakfast but it wasn't tasty. Our room key was deactivated by staff (accidentally) during our stay which was annoying and an inconvenience.

The location was good, the updates in the room were good (e.g. updated bathroom, nice hardwood -like flooring, large t v. with great pic quality). Good coffee available.

The lighting in the bathroom was way too dark to put on makeup. The door was hard to close without slamming it.

The air conditioning unit filters being very filthy I took pics and washed them in tub. I assumed Changing rooms would help. Showed front desk. I help. I don’t complain. Hopefully they are a smarter crew.

The only thing that I had trouble with was when it was time to leave there were no luggage racks available to move my luggage from the room. Had to make three trips to get everything into my vehicle. I was told by the front desk staff that someone had probably kept it in their room. Maybe you need to come up with some kind of tracker on the luggage racks to help you locate them.

I think the quality of the eggs on the buffet could be a little bit better. The eggs taste like they were power eggs. Would be nice if you could add a little bacon to the menu. Would have loved to have had a banana at least one day doing my stay.

There was a lingering smell throughout the hotel. There was a constant fish smell and then there was a chemical smell in our room. The doors leading outside the building were broken so anyone from outside could enter the building at anytime. Also, out door did not latch, so if you didn’t push hard on it and use the bar, anyone could come in. I did not feel safe for myself or my family. The ac unit was all rusted out in the bottom, feel like that’s an inspection concern. The shower handle fell off. When I checked in, there was only one person checking in but she was also answering phone calls and kept having to put people on hold and there was a line of people waiting to check in. There should he at least two people working the desk. Across the street there were drug deals happening and there was trash surrounding the property.

There is not much in this area to do and I would not walk around at night since there are no walkways only highways and busy roads.

Located close to I 95 was convenient for our travel plans, the place was clean and well maintained.

Unfortunately, directly across the street is an extended stay where residents expel loud noises, loud music, revving cars, and rolling burn-outs way past midnight. Oddly, no law enforcement showed up……

The staff was very unprofessional and tried to charge me a cleaning fee before I even checked out or anyone checked my room at 6:55 am the bed had stains and the property allows pet which barked all night and the property smelled like smoke the entire time and I was profiled
