Staff was not present. Advertised breakfast was not available for any of the days that we stayed. Bugs were being found constantly throughout the room and bedding.

There was a bunch of broken equipment by the back door by the first-floor elevator giving the impression that management doesn't care about us costumers. It's like they think that only low-income people visit this place so what it matters how its surroundings looks. There wasn't breakfast as advertised. Wish was one of the main reasons we selected this hotel. The hotel is located close to what it looks like to abandon businesses. Giving the feeling that those are unsafe surroundings. Someone was smoking marihuana ither in their room or at the stairs by the 2nd-floor elevator because we were hit by the horrible smell as soon as we came out of the elevator. We don't care people smoking whatever they want to smoke, but inside of a hotel the smell of marihuana is not a pleasant smell. The toilet water was running as if the flapper wasn't fitted correctly. I calculated that there was a waste of 3 gallons of water per hour. We truly appreciated the room being cold when we come in it, but it was extremely cold wisht indicate that the hotel is wasting lot of resources.

The room was very clean and lining smelled fresh. Front desk Laddy was very nice and welcoming. Plenty of TV options to watch for the entire family.

Needs renovation. Location was ok, because it was right off the highway and we could get to our destination pretty quickly. But the location itself was in a sketchy area!

Price was decent. The customer service was good.

Maids didn't clean our room twice.Had to go to lobby and wait. This was late afternoon. Didn't vacuum on put toilet paper. Not a safe area.Homeless all over.Strip joint across from motel.

Room was clean and big. Night clerk very nice.Doors locked at night.Have to show room key to get in.

Had to switch rooms because the one they gave us had intense odor of cigarette smell &it was giving me a headache.

Paint peeling everywhere,no smoke detector in room, busted chair in room ,couch one color cushions another color, didn't feel like a safe place.

Front desk guy couldn't have been better,bed was comfortable,ac worked well,room overall was clean

I don't like the fact that they had free breakfast and cityview rooms advertised but when I got there, none was available!! I wouldn't book this hotel again because of the location. The elevators even stopped working for a while. The housekeepers will walk in your room unnoticed. That's a big no no for me!! First time staying and WON'T EVER BE BACK!!! WISH I COULD GET MY REFUND!!

The rooms were a nice size and comfortable bedding !!

The elevator seemed like it could breakdown on you. Had a non-smoking room but the room I got had a lingering cigarette smoke smell.

Smooth check in. Close to fast food restaurants. Close to downtown. Even though the room had the lingering smoke smell it was actually nice and clean.

The air conditioner leaked and there was very little water pressure. The elevators seemed like they would break down on you. There was no breakfast offered even though the website stated otherwise. The vending machines were not stocked well.

The room was clean and quiet. Staff was friendly enough.

It was dirty elevator smell bad it doesn't have a pool or no breakfast we was told that the hotel was under construction we got 2 bananas for breakfast when it was supposed to be full breakfast it was horrible never again staying here thirs obviously fals advertisement the hotel should let you know it's no pool no gym my coffee maker and ice bucket wear in the restroom guest should be notified about the hotel been under construction or what ever it is Thir doin to it

The laundry room. If you need to wash more than one load, go to the laundry mat. The washer and dryer’s here aren’t working well

It smelled very funny . 😕 my bathroom wasn’t looking up to par the best , ( I am a critic unfortunately ) but I had to ask for new sheets bcs the ones we received on arrival had blood and stains … I had to change sheets n bedding
