Also upon check in with our service animal it would have been nice to be told where to take her to the bathroom.

United States of AmericaI was traveling with a small dog. When I received my reservation confirmation it indicated that the hotel would accept my pet at no extra cost. When I arrived to check in, they charged me an extra $10 for my dog. I showed the manager the email indicating no extra cost, but he would not remove the charge!! TV in the room didn't work.
The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I just needed a place to sleep while traveling. Was able to park right outside my room.
