The breakfast was very good . The location was very quiet and pretty easy to get in and out of.

Could use a better quality breakfast and better coffee for sure. Parking lot is small but sufficient it seemed. The potty area for dogs is very small.

breakfast food was pretty meh and we ended up eating elsewhere. The staff was very nice and helpful but it's an older hotel and isn't fancy.

TV in first room didnt work. staff could have been friendlier when customer requests a ground level room do to disabilities or refund the money so customers could have went to a different motel instead of coming back with a quick smirk remark that the facility was completely full, even though they were able to get us into another room. Just not on ground level.

Breakfast wasn't what it was lead to believe. Would have liked more options for the price paid. The beds were comfy.

The room was not clean and smelled very badly. There were drunk guests standing outside the pool area drinking and being very disorderly for hours.

The bathroom didn't work ...the shower kept clogging up, the toilet didn't work. The room wasn't clean I had to go buy cleaning supplies to clean the floors and the surfaces cuz everything was sticky and grose. The room next to mine wasn't cleaned still had a happy birthday banner and food in the fridge from the previous parton's. It was just all bad and then on top of everything else I get woken up at 730 in the morning to construction sounds coming from the next room. Then when we called to tell the manager all he said was sorry there's nothing I can do for you. Needless to say I will not be recommending this hotel to anybody or me and my family will never stay here again.

Room with tubs don't have anything to hold on to to get out of tub.. Very clean bathroom though.

The maid service was lacking on the second day. We had to ask for fresh towels and toiletries. Bed didnt get made, coffee supplies weren't replaced. But no big deal.

Bed was uncomfortable. Hollow door between room and office/breakfast room,allowed the voices,phone calls ,and office conversations to be heard very clearly. The shower was unable to be used by my handicapped partner. A handicapped room had been requested when booking was made.

That no room was available for me and I was charged for a 2 night stay that never happened. I feel that I have been stolen from.

There were a few issues in which in which I reported. They said they would take the room offline until repaired. I believe they are.

Very comfortable bed with blankets, a rarity. There is a nice walking path behind it.

Facility very worn. Room had poorly patched holes in wall, caulk in bathroom, cigarette burns on bed skirt. Didn't try breakfast. Broken concrete on outside stairs. Litter in parking lot. Sad plants and weeds in garden beds

Because of Covid they are still serving selected breakfasts. It is grab and go. So, no sausages nor eggs and waffles; The pillows were just a little uncomfortable.

It is a nice place. Nothing exiting here. Just a good place to rest your weary bones. Comfortable, and warm. Slept well. Quiet.

The heat light in the bathroom was burnout, the safety lock was missing a part and didn't work. The bathroom was dirty and had not been cleaned in a while. There wasn't a do not disturb sign to put out. I believe the booking site I used is doing a big injustice to Quality Inn. This room should have been more like $49.99 a night.

The bed was comfortable, blankets were to small for the king bed.
