The property seemed in disrepair. The gym was not open, no water in the vending machine, cutouts in headboard of bed. Cleanliness could be better. Wi-Fi occasionally cut out.

If you bring own food there is no couch and only 1 chair in the room for you to seat. Need body wash not lotion for the shower

They were renovating the hotel so the door to the top was not a security door and there was a gap. There wasn’t breakfast provided as indicated.

The door didn’t touch the walls so light seeped in from the hall at night and I could hear every phone ring and chair scrape from the lobby.

The hotel had great water pressure and was clean.

I didn’t like the rudeness of the reception. She has a lot to learn. Also the day clerk was rode to my sister would not answer her question about where the ice machine was too busy on his phone

My room was a little dirty. The walls seemed like they've never been cleaned, the desk chair had crumbs all over it. My A/C was dirty, parts of the door were jammed. It just seemed like the cleaning was to a minimum.

tub mat was faded and stained (it was kinda gross)… so I did not use the shower. ceiling lamp had a half cracked shade hanging off of it, other cracks in ceiling, made the otherwise nice room seem a little shabby.

very noisy, very hot on the second floor. no room service. towels get changed only every 3 days. we had to ask for more towels. I don’t reuse towels. from an infection standpoint I wouldn’t want to wipe my private area one day and wipe my face with it the next day. the room wasn’t checked during our stay. we had only one tissue in the box for our stay. I wouldn’t pay that much to stay there again unless it was absolutely necessary.

The closeness to hospital. the girl at the desk was very friendly and nice. she appeared to be the only person working there during our stay.

dirty, outdated, door wouldn't lock.if you need a place to lay your head it works. we traveled from Virginia and arrived a day early the other hotel was booked solid.

Breakfast bar ran out of some foods. Poor signage for entrance to hotel from road. Difficult to communicate with desk attendant.

(1) the signage to get into the hotel was poor and not lit, we missed entrance twice.; (2) the room smelled like smoke; (3) the fridge didn't work; (4) upon checking out at 10:02am, we asked to fill our water bottles at the vending machine and were told no because they closed at 10:00am. We were walking out the door, wanted water for our trip and was told we had to buy water. We were shocked by the way we were treated by the morning manager.

It was close to our destination.

Breakfast. No selection, partially caused by covid, but there are foods that would work. Wil we are aware that finding people to work at minimum wage is difficult, I found it insulting that an envelope was left suggesting you tip. But there was no room service at all for the three nights we stayed. We were rarely in the room so it did not matter. Sign was difficult to see.

Traffic was loud and people above us were loud. Furniture didn’t fit room and the facilities were ok but expensive.

It was very convenient located for us. The value was great. We’re thinking about staying here next year when we come back for our son’s graduation.

The water pressure in the shower was terrible the sink had better pressure it took several minutes for the tub to drain after you showered the breakfast they offered wasn’t good we went out the second morning

The fact they give a discount for patients at Dartmouth but couldn't give it to me because I reserved through booking.com

My room did not have a bath mat, so I used a face towel instead.

I liked that fact that there was coffee and tea available 24 / 7 Breakfast was satisfactory - scrambled eggs, sausage patties, toast, bagels, juice.
