Linens were stained. Got locked in the bathroom because the door handle is broken. No hot water. The room was not clean - everything was dusty. The bathroom smelled of marijuana. There was no wifi. The ice machines were broken. Toiletries were already used- there was someone else's hair on one of the bottles. . Doors into the hotel were not secure, you did not need a hotel key to get into the building. On check out day, a man banged on the door at 9:30 and said we have to go check out even though check out is at 11:00. 2 of the lamps in the room were broken. I complained at the front desk and all she could say was "sorry." I would never come back and not recommend it to anyone.

Ice machine was down, the cleaning could be a little better. Walking around on carpet, feet turned dirty after shower. That is extremely gross.

Cheap and was relatively clean! Needed something for a few days before we checked into our AirBnB. This served its purpose! Would stay again if we do this vacation again.

There was no wifi and when was asked they said they didn't have any . No drinks for the breakfast besides coffee. No microwave or refrigerator. Ac was not working

I booked for 3 nights, the condition of the hotel and room was so bad that I left the same night that I checked-in. THIS IS A SMOKING hotel🚬. Even though they advertise non-smoking, this is a lie. They charged me for all 3 nights when I didn't even stay for 1 night. I'm currently having a struggle to get my money back and has contacted corporate.

Hotel was outdated, carpet felt sticky, sliding glass door didn’t lock, caulking & paint was messy, debris including sequence (possibly from previous guest) was visible on bathroom floor. Ice machine was broken & door came off. Hotel clerk couldn’t find reservation in computer upon arrival. After calling Booking. com, he finally found reservation, then apologized. This took over 30 minutes. The room he gave me the key to was already occupied. So, when I used it to unlock the door, I woke the people up & probably scared them to death. I went back to tell the clerk & he gave me keys to another room.

Convenient to meeting location, shopping & restaurants. Complimentary breakfast was good.

The room was filthy and stink and I didn't sleep to watch my family from the roaches. The bedding was not comfortable because the sheets are smell like rotten or funky and scratches all my body. Roaches were overwhelmed the smell was so bad that I catch a cold and coughing all nite.

The breakfast was the only good thing there.

Nothing it didn't have a phone no clock and the WiFi sucked the room needs to b updated and a bigger TV for that size room. And a sink beside the door what is that about. The staff was great.

This hotel is in major need of upgrades and cleaning. hot water bathroom barely came out of faucet. There was mold on the inside of the window. The hallway on the second floor was 100 degrees. The free breakfast was horrible. The eggs and sausage were cold and uneatable. Overall the price was 75 a night and not worth it. next time I will spend the extra money and go somewhere else. Sorry but they need to spend some money at this place to make it worth the money

Rooms decrepit and filthy. Ladies’ make-up ground into bathroom counter top. Electrics a real hazard. Light fittings and telephone covered in grime and spillages. Weird sockets half way up the wall, extension cable too short and floating in mid air. Mouldy base to fridge with missing facia due to damp. An antique hotel desperately in need of large investment to get up to anywhere near a modern standard. Breakfast best avoided. We booked three nights and checked out after one. Location close to Disney no compensation for such neglect of core hotelier standards.

Nothing. However Staff great and did the best they could. Obvious they knew hotel’s shortcomings and did not query our reasons for leaving after one night but rather agreed with us. What else could they do?

Cable to tv was pulled out from tv and shower curtain was missing!

Our room was not clean, there were rust spots on the sink. My children did not feel comfortable using the water. The carpet was sticky. Our bed sheets were ripped.

The place is run down. It's filthy dirty. The manager changed our room. It was a bit better but far from my liking. They had the nerve to charge me for the night I stayed after finding a dead gecko behind the nightstand. Receptacle was just in a large hole in the wall. Never again
