You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The water smelled like sewer water the whole time we were there. We had to take showers at the water park and had to brushed our teeth With bottle water. When we told the manager about the problem he apologized and said to let the water run for 20 minutes which I did and the water was still brown and it smelled really bad . I would not recommend this place because they could not offer clean water or give us a refund due to their problem .

Old/former/rusty shower curtain rod holder was still connected in the shower.
Not many options between Medford area and the shore, so the location was about as convenient as it could get.

Breakfast wasn’t great. Ants crawling on the desk. Showers/tubs are outdated and dingy.
Generally clean, but my room had ants crawling all over the desk. Had to request a new room, but the staff was helpful and accommodating.

As a property that allows pets, they should have the grounds sprayed for fleas, and ticks, frequently!!! One visit to their doggie walk, and my pets got infested! That means the room got infested , and the car got infested and now my home is infested.
Perfect location for my needs.

The lobby is nice but The hallways were kinda dark and dated. There was also an overwhelming air freshener scent running through the hotel hall ways. I booked the room with the Jacuzzi Bath(sometimes listed as hot tubs) and well that didn't work nor look very clean. Specifically the jets themselves had black stuff on them and the caulking on the tub had red looking stuff on it. The staff wasn't very friendly at arrival
The price was fair for that time of year. This location had last minute availability. The location was very close to my destination. I can tell a few upgrades have been made but more are needed.

The "spa" part of the tub that I specifically booked did not work. The TV I had to manually turn on and off. When we first walked into the room it smelled kinda weird/bad smell. The person in the room next to us was extremely loud. And early morning people were very loud in the hall.
Check in/out was fast and easy. The lobby was beautiful.

It did not start well because of the mis-communication with bookings, ie, the hotel could not pull me up by reservation number.
Ultimately it served its purpose but there was a disconnect between bookings and the hotel that made it a bit uneasy for the first time. I ultimately liked how the person handled the situation.

BATHROOM: wasn't clean. There are hairs in the tub. There's 4 of us but only have 2 bath towels. I requested for 2 more gave me 2small towels. The next day they ask me to return the 2 bath towels in exchange for a new 2 bath towels. Again, there's 4 of us (with 2 kids) BREAKFAST: same food every morning.no choices. Eggs n Sausage. The next room was occupied the 2nd night and people was so noisy til late night..We can hear their music, singing and jumping til 12mn and my kids can't slleep.

It’s located far from everything. 20-30+ minute drive from attractions and major stores. Beds are super hard and extremely uncomfortable. Pillows are uncomfortable, definitely bring your own. Breakfast is bare minimum (egg patty, sausage patty, bread, instant oatmeal, two kinds of cereal, two fruits, juices, coffee, yogurt) every single day with no change up even on weekends.
staff were very friendly and attentive. pool was ok, it’s outdoors.
