You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

It was comfortable
I came in after driving 8 hours there was no one in the lobby so I started saying "Hello" after a few minutes a woman came out I told her I wanted to ck in and she looked at me said hold on and went in the back and brought a guy out he was pleasant he told me I had to pay $100.00 deposit I said UGH! I didn't know I had to pay a deposit..She jumped in and said you dont have to be rude! I said I was not trying to be rude I just drove 8 hours and I'm tired and in pain I have arthritis in my knees and back. He chimed in I understand I have a rod on my knee. I got to the room there were 3 of us and only 1 bath towel. After getting something to eat my grandson and I stopped in the office to let them know; at that time there was another Man there I exp ained there was only 1 towel he said hold on he went in the back and came back with a hand towel and wash cloth. I told him we need bath towels, he said give me 20 minutes and I'll call you to pick up towels. That never happened, we never got a call and no towels, only one of us could take a shower. We never received the towels. They seem to be really disorganized. There was only one small trash can under the bathroom sink.

We got what we paid for, I guess. Very sketchy place. Smelly, noisy, creepy. People yelling in the halls at night. Had to track down and stop the source of a loud gurgling noise that was found to be emanating from the in-room refrigerator. Slept with my clothes (even socks) on to try to protect my body from whatever might have been alive in the bed and from the sticky floor. Didn't shower because I felt like I might end up more dirty. Definitely didn't drink the water.

Dope fiends working as cleaners, hair found everywhere as soon as I walked in the room, smelled like pure BLEACH, chair missing from the desk, TV was not FIRESTICK compatible….

They didn't have any housekeeping walking around they don't refresh your room if you have trash you have to stay three days or more before your room could be refresh. They expect you to take any trash you have to the dumpster outside around the corner of hotel no clean towels you have to bring the dirty ones to the front desk. The room didn't have a ice bucket had to put ice in a bag wasn't happy at all about a couple of things there.
It was close to shopping areas and restaurants the room was ok to stay

Didn't like the $75 refundable charge. Never had that before at any other chain. Hope it gets refunded. No hand or face towels. Breakfast was poorly stocked.

The staff was not at the front desk (during normal business hours) but you could hear them gossiping in the back area. After shouting to get their attention and it not working, I had to literally bang on the door to get some assistance.
Conveniently located near the mall and there are a lot of options close by to eat.

The front desk clerk was the worst clerk I have ever encountered. I heard and saw her fussing at four different guest while waiting for my room. I had to ask a question about something that is different from what the Booking.com site said and I had to check her because she was rolling her eyes and sucking her teeth. If I had to deal with her I won’t be staying there again.
