Previous ratings mosguided us to this hotel. It wasn’t clean, not the room, not common areas. Pool was full of leaves, without area lightning. The room had repairs that where not repainted.

Location is good on the I-35, northeast of downtown.

I am handicap they put us on second floor all the way at the far end of the motel. It was a horrible walk. No carts to carry luggage and no elevator. The hall way had trash in it all weekend. No one cleaned it. The room was not very clean stains on the walls in bathroom . The sheets had holes in them.

There were a couple of things that I did not like how the vent is connected to the light. Also, the breakfast did not have the choices listed for those that have dietary restrictions.

I loved how it was clean on the outside and that the rooms were located inside. I also loved that we had to have a key card to get into the building. I also loved the facility and especially how big the room was for the price. The bed was very comfortable and the shower had a wonderful pressure to it. I will definitely stay here again when I visit San Antonio in the future.

Room could be cleaner, mold and hair here and there. Carpet was dirty. No elevator which way okay for us, only 2 floors.

Breakfast was good, better than other hotels. They offered scrambled eggs, sausage, bread, toaster, juice, tea or coffee, cereal, powdered donuts. It was the same each day but can't complain. Enough tables to accommodate everyone and they allow you to take it to your room. Room was comfortable, could be cleaner. Tea and coffee available throughout the day.

The hot water was a little bit above warm at best...and was at the further point it could go. The staff memeber that checked us in could barely speak English so there was a huge language barrier and there was no elevator so if you are or have someone disabled make sure you choose 1st flr otherwise it's the stairs. We only paid 75 bucks plus tax and a deposit which I have yet to receive back (3 to 5 days is what I was told). I was disappointed, we won't be back at this location.

the inside looked so much better than the outside, breakfast was okay, we still ended up stopping and getting something, the space in the lobby area was small and a little crowded. the guy at the hotel when checking in hate that we asked questions because we didn’t know about the $100 deposit. the beds were clean, it’s just San Antonio is old and and this saved us so much money than booking downtown by the river walk

The shower was slippery. Even with the mat. The morning of my check out I split and fell out of the shower and landed on the floor. I also wasn’t informed until I got there that I had to pay 100.00 deposit.
