You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaHousekeeping is NON EXISTENT!! Air conditioner didn't work. Complained about it to male staff, he said sorry. And he didn't try to help or problem solve our issue. So we went out and spent more money on a fan to tolerate the hot room on the 2nd floor. We had requested housekeeping seeing as we had 4 people, which included 2 little ones, our room needed a good sweep daily. Housekeeping never came till the day before we had to check out. We were there 9days!!!! One time the front desk actually came and brought us clean sheets and JUST WATCHED US MAKE OUR OWN BED!!! SHE JUST STOOD THERE AND WATCHED... then took the dirty sheets when we were done..... I am baffled how lazy their staff is... STEER CLEAR OF THE CREEPY STAFF!! ALSO BRING YOUR OWN TOWELS... Pool was the only bonus.

United States of AmericaThere were stains on the blankets, crumbs in the beds, food under the sofa, sticky stains on the floor, and had ants. My daughter's feet turned black after walking around for 2 minutes! The staff was rude and unhelpful, and they charged a deposit that we were not made aware of beforehand, not to mention they charged me twice! I would never recommend this place to anyone.
Absolutely nothing to care for in this hotel. It was very disgusting. I didn't even want my daughter to sleep on the bed.

United States of AmericaLinens were worn and stained. There was a splash of “something” in the bathroom door frame. Don’t like the heat and air units. Was cool enough to leave windows open tho. Building was just structurally old. Remodeling was nice.
Breakfast was ok. Location was ok. Would have liked closer to next day destination but with last minute booking was happy with location. Pool courtyard was charming.
