Curtain sheers and lamp shade need to be replaced. Drain stopper in sink and tub missing. No ice bucket. Residences trash left at stairwell and hallways in the evening because of no staff available in the afternoon and evening.

The first day there water started pouring out the bathroom ceiling and flooded the bathroom. Then I was moved to a differebt room and the bathroom walls were stained with a rust colored sustance

The water pressure wasn’t great I only had two towels and 2 wash rags for 2 people for 2 days I needed more no floor towel for the shower no back on the remote control for the tv

1st room they put us in hadn't been cleaned yet, and we didn't check in until midnight. 2nd room was clean, but the safe was broken, the iron for clothes was missing. the sheets had stains and holes from cigarette burns, and we couldn't even watch the TV because the wi-fi connection was poor.

The front desk was helpful and nice.

BETTER BREAKFAST... CLEAN MATRESS AND BED LINER. ALSO GET RID OF THE MOLDY ROOM SMELL

MATRESS HAD BLACK SPOTS ALL OVER IT, MADE MY WIFE GAG... IT WAS UNDER THE BED SHEET. BUT WE SURVIVED. MATRESS AND BED LINER NEEDS TO BE REPLACED. BREAKFAST WAS ONLY BISCUIT AND GRAVY.. GRAVY WAS GOOD. BISCUITS WERE HARD AND OLD.THERE WERE A FEW MUFFINS AND ORANGE JUICE AND COFFEE. BATH TUB HAD A PATCH ON THE INSIDE OF IT LOOKED TO BE METAL OVER THE PLASTIC TUB FLOORING.

the hotel is a big prostitution ring . be careful .. people up all night. guys driving around the hotel constantly looking for s*x .

The police being misinformed and them trying to kick out door in. Then being told the property would make amends and did not

I rented 2 rooms for overnight. police banged on the door and attempted to kick the door in . Only to say we were in the rooms illegally. I showed the officer my key to prove it was rented and he moved on. it happened to both our rooms. Management told me the next day that he was going to look into giving me some of my money back but nothing ever happened

This was a poorly maintained, aged property. The lone pole light in the corner of the room was barely adequate. The shade was peeling and deformed. The beds were flat and came with two mini pillows. The Bath walls were peeling and so was the refinish on the bath tub. If you touched it with a dry hand you took away some of the paint with it. Mold was profuse, especially on the lone desk chair. The smell of mold permeated the entire room. For $100+ it should have been much nicer. It's best feature was it' was available, after we refused to check into another property that we felt unsafe in.

The property itself looked raggedy. The bed had stains all over the blanket I didn’t even stay because the bed looked like it had bed bugs. The tv was like 20 inches. Lowkey I want a refund. I will not be back. The property needs to upgrade the entire thing

Place did not feel safe in the evening. Room was probably swept before we come, but was evidently dirty- especially in the bathroom. The breakfast was very bad- one day there was gravy but no biscuits, and only cold cereal and plain bread. Other day there were bagles but no butter , or anything else to go with it.

Location was very convenient. It has a microwave and a refrigerator- very small but better than nothing. There was no carpet but vinyl floor.

Dried Paint drippings from ceiling not cute at all. Mold on the lamp between beds. No iron in room. Towel rack falling of near sink. Rust on room safe. Cigarette burn hole on chair arm. Phone didn't work.

Customer service was good. Staff was Friendly and helpful. Room was clean for the most part. Microwave and fridge clean and functional.

The room smelled of musk plus I felt uncomfortable . The Tv wasn't plug in had to plug somewhere else to be able watch tv it had no remote . Overall it could been better
