My fridge didn't get any colder , was to the coldest setting and it just was enough for my left overs to not go to waste, could be better but its an older hotel complex, don't expect high def Tv, but it does the job, if you have back problems I suggest you book else where but if you are in a crunch you will be just fine.

You get what you pay for- its a good location you can drop off your things and go to that Mexican restaurant literally next to the lobby. It has area to hang clothes, desk, two side tables, a fridge.

I booked 2 nights. It said the check-in was before 9pm and I may have seen it but I didn't pay attention. My plane landed after 9pm and I called but there was no answer. When I got there in my Uber we could not find the front office (it is separate in a building that looks like an unrelated Chinese restaurant), and I had to find other accommodations that night. I returned the next day and the guy at the front desk claimed that after 9pm there was a sign on the door with a phone number I could have called -- perhaps it was different than the one listed with booking.com. I stayed only 1 night. Its an old hotel waiting to undergo renovations with only a few rooms in service that all open directly on the dilapidated parking lot.

The price was under $50, the room was functional and roomy, the location is great for the Sports Center or the Convention Center.

Cock roaches No comforter on bed,no coffee maker,no shampoo,no bathmats on floor,no regular size bath towels, desk clerk tried to upsell me a bigger room,it felt like a spring was getting ready to come through the mattress,had to ask for a 4th pillow

The first room was locked from the inside. The second room was stale, they have no microwaves, the lazy housekeeper left a dozen of eggs in the fridge. Then they had the nerve to charge over $100 for this dump unbelievable there's roaches. Very disappointing for a Virginia Beach Oceanfront Hotel. Get it together.

Price, and it was a smoking room. You always find pet friendly hotels but not smoke friendly so I loved that it was because I'm a smoker.

I did not like that they did not clean for like two days. I had to go ask for clean towels, the towels seemed sandpaper, the food in the restaurant was horrible. They do not have breakfast and the machine to buy water did not work

Requested a ground floor room. Was told at check in our room was 3rd floor and we can take it or not. They told us no refund if we left. I explained that I couldn't walk far ( have handicap tag and my husband was on crutches. Our room was all the way across the front of the building and across the side and toward the back of the building far from the elevator. Front desk said if they had a ground floor room it would be alot more extra money but he did not have any.

hotel was old and dirty. Rooms were outdated. Only 1 trash can in whole room. Had roaches in the bathroom everytime we went in there. The hotel door would not shut and lock properly. Woke up and notice door is ajar and not locked. The lock on the door was broke off

Room/bathroom was somewhat run-down and questionably clean. Noticed a 16" long human hair stuck to the wall under the bathroom towel rack, Dried liquid residue on sink countertop. Food debris stuck to carpet near nightstand, gum stuck to carpet near a/c unit. Bathroom faucet crusty and in need of repair. Tub faucet handle extremely loose with no hot/cold indication. Shower head provided the smallest amount of water I've ever experienced. Complementary soap was tiny and useless, no shampoo provided. Some lamps not plugged in/inop and light switch by entry did nothing. Fridge was louder than a/c when running. No channel guide for TV channels.

Front counter answers the phone. Good room a/c. Parking was ok. Bed comfortable to me.

The stairways smelled like urine. The other guests were extremely loud, and the walls were very thin. I actually never saw any staff except when checking in/out, and there was absolutely no conversing. The men at the front desk were not personable at all. The room had very few electrical outlets available to use. I paid for a "deluxe" room, but as far as I could tell, there was absolutely nothing different about it from a regular queen room.

The beds were comfortable, and the water pressure in the shower was great. The location in proximity to the sports center was ideal, and it was fairly easy walking to the beach. The price was affordable.

Was not the cleanest, upon entering we had to clean all surfaces ourselves. The fridge was broken and a new one had to be brought in and hooked up. no tv remote plus tv wire wouldn’t stay plugged in. Bottom of the shower floor was brown and the shower heads needed cleaned DESPERATELY before able to be used (got it clean but still hardly worked🫤). DO NOT get hamburger meat from Mexican restaurant next door, for two of my guests got food poisoning immediately.

LOVED the pool just wish it was open later! Learned that there is a free shuttle service that could transport you throughout Virginia Beach! (But found out on our last hours of being there …) Beds were very comfortable Free parking

There is no microwave in the room at first I got a room with one bed and I booked a room with two beds but she changed rooms but it wasn't the hotel that booking.com was supposed to book for me it was supposed to be closer to the oceanfront and it wasn't so I was a little disappointed it was further away from the beach.

The lady at the front office was very nice she offered to take us to the beach because we couldn't get a free ride for about an hour when we called them but then they showed up she was really nice
