The pool shower didn't work. The shower in our room did not work, it only allowed us to use the bathtub which we were not able to use very easily because the tub is extremely small. The bed was too high and very hard. Not enough pillows.

Location was easy to access and there was plenty of free parking and it was right next door to a Waffle House. Once inside the building, which required a key card to enter and once in the room, we felt secure. It's not the greatest area but not the worst either. AC worked nicely.

The floors in my room were filthy and sticky, there was a foul odor inside and outside the hotel. There were bugs everywhere.

Very disappointed with breakfast, was expecting full buffet as advertised.

The sink and tub was slow draining the TV did not turn on command had to stand and point the remote at the back of the TV to receive the signal to change channel but not as bad as some of the others I have visited in that area. And the door did not have the lock for the top slide for added protection.

Smoke detectors beeping for 2 days. Roof leaking in the entryway. Sink did not have hot AND cold water. Just turn it on and you get cold water that gets hotter as it runs. Stays hot, no cold.

Room issues: holes in the wall, live roach in the bathroom, bathtub leak, dirty bathroom exhaust vent, no drain cover in sink, no dial tone on phone, lamp did not work, and damaged chair, i took pictures. My family did not eat breakfast. At 9:00 am, the only food on the counter was sliced bread on an uncovered tray exposed to the elements. There were waffle machines available but no condiments (butter, syrup etc). The common area doors and door hardware were scratched and worn. The lobby corridor floor tiles were shifted exposing the hard floor and wall base was missing. It appeared to be from a past leak.

False advertising hot breakfast when they only had sausage and waffles, room need repairs, and notify front desk personnel. After returning for a day trip. I asked if the repairs were made. Night front personnel had an attitude and told us we could just check out. I'm still waiting for a refund that was false. I was told it would be returned in 24 hours. After 3 days waiting now dealing with Choice Hotel to return my money

Let me see... everything!

Well, the lady checking in, right before me, appeared to be a prostitute. My first clue to the quality of this hotel was that they required a $100 cash deposit. Then, when checking out, there was only $80 in the envelope. I had to call the police to report a theft charge before they finally returned my $100 cash. The room was filthy! There wasn't a box spring under the mattress. It squeaked so loudly.

Had to ask to have your room topped up with towels, coffee and garbage removed. For smokers there was not any place to put your butts so they were scattered all over the property

First steps into the building was a pile of dog droppings, into a nasty, sweaty smelling hallway, with wet carpet. The phone didn't work, only half the lights came on, the TV screen was busted, and the remote didn't work anyway. The tub held water and didn't look survivable. No refund. Same price as the holiday Inn down the street.
