Room located next to stairwell and could hear clomping on stairs long into the night. Not enough staff to accomodate all the visitors for the eclipse event.

Morning breakfast was in a very small room. Almost everything was out. There were no chairs and people were standing to eat because there were signs to not take your food upstairs. The coffee was empty there and in the front lobby. This was the night of the eclipse, so I give them grace for being so busy! But for a hotel with that many rooms I think they need to improve their breakfast.

Right off the freeway, easy to park. The pool was amazing and we were allowed to stay for free until noon which was also a game changer because I had to remote work. I really liked the staff gentleman at the front desk. He was very nice both on the phone and in person.

I didn’t like breakfast at 7 o’clock should start at 6:30. Also not enough staff so could not keep the breakfast items filled. Had to wait so some of the kids were not able to eat because they had to leave too soon and I was late to see my daughters competition kids running up and down banging on doors being too loud staff could not control even though we were on first floor mirror coming off the bathroom door didn’t like the fact that the hairdryer was connected to the wall, and the towel rack was barely hanging on the wall

When I checked in, I was charged the correct Booking.com rate, and was informed of the additional $60 deposit charge (supposedly refundable), just in case I trashed the room (I'm 70, and can't recall when I last trashed a hotel room, probably because I never have). But an hour after I checked in, the hotel charged me an additional $107.28 (?) without warning or explanation. I confronted the desk clerk (who seemed as surprised at the charge as I was) about this, but was not given a clear reason for the charge, other than that it would be refunded in "3 to 5 days". Anyway, the charge eventually disappeared, so I live in hope for my $60 to be refunded, too. I don't blame the hotel staff, but the Wyndham bean-counters are probably behind all these stealth charges. PS: A parking lot re-pave would make the property look more inviting.

A great value 2-star, which is well-run and clean. The breakfast was pretty good and the room felt comfortable and clean. A bonus was the return of daily housekeeping, which at least on the nights I was there (Friday-Sunday) was a nice surprise. Plenty of free parking on-site, and the location is really nice, a small side road just off a major highway, where you have a quiet place to stay, but are handy for many choices for dining and shopping almost within sight of the front door.

I requested that my room be cleaned my second thing there they did not clean the room they came in and grabbed towels but they did not clean the room

Pricing. I was quoted a price of $285.33 but was charged $335.52. No explanation and never received a bill. The dog did not do any damage so why the extra $50 charge? We will never go back again and will never using Booking.com again either.

We were able to bring our dog. The floors were not carpeted which was perfect for him.

The Bathroom was horrible, needs remodeling. The tube looked unsanitary, I went out to buy cleaning supplies to make it sufficient for myself and son to bathe comfortably.

Breakfast was not supervised at all, both mornings we had to wait 20 or more minutes after complaining that there was no hot food. They need some to stay in the Breakfast room and clean/replenish stock and keep the food full.

There's an old man who stares at guests in the halls. For minutes at a time. He works there. It's creepy.
