It was kind of stuffy and made me sneeze a bit at the beginning but after a while I got used to it better ventilation would be great. Also over the phone I was told that there was no security deposit and then when I got two location to check into my room they told me I had to pay security deposit that was very upsetting and they told me it was going to be returning back in 3 days and it still has not been returned yet but with two of the days being weekdays and it running into the weekend I will give it until tomorrow before I complain because I understand that weekends or not considered a business days with a lot of companies

Front desk couldn't find my reservation. I made it thru booking.com Took a long time to get it squared away.

The closed the pools really early, Rooms could totally use some updating. The fridge was in the bathroom.

Close to convention center and lots of food options. Could walk everywhere. Beds were comfortable. Friendly staff.

I keep repeating over and over: front desk staff is extremely slow and this time one of them not of good faith. They don't care how long the que is. Instead of augmenting the number of check-in operators at peak hours, they stay in back office leaving only a couple of them checking in the dozens of people waiting in long lines. This time something new happened to me, never experienced before: the check-in operator gave me incorrect directions so I had to unnecessarily circle building A dragging my two suitcases looking for an elevator. The elevator indicated by the check-in operator was blocked with wood panels as that side of the building was under construction. Despite my clear request for a quiet room not exposed to traffic noise, same operator gave me a room in a corner of building A exposed to both I-4 highway and International Drive intensive noise. I returned dragging my suitcases to reception and got a quiet room from a good faith operator.

Proximity to Orange County Convention Centre, many restaurants in walking distance, no car needed. Minimarket, fridge in the room.

Our room had a bit of a musty smell to it and the rooms are outdated but there is construction going on at the moment so hopefully some upgrades are being done.

Fantastic location! Walking distance to the Orange County Convention Centre and many restaurants. Pools were great - very clean, with many lounge chairs and towels available. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We liked the exterior entry.

The on site shop was ridiculously expensive which I found annoying

The heater didn’t work as well as I personally needed but that didn’t really detract much from the hotel. My room Was on block F so I had a very very long walk to the front daily cause it is a really large hotel.

Hotel was good value for money. Bed is very comfortable. The hot water was great pressure and very easily warmed. Microwave was very good and I liked the simple mini fridge that kept my food items cool. The hotel is central so every thing I needed was close by. That was convenient to say the least.

Sound proofing from outside noise could have been better.

Room was good, beds were comfortable. I stayed at 9th floor so a pretty good view aswell. Close to a lot of things if you are in to that. Property feels safe since parking and so on is guarded.

wait time at check was too long , perhaps ..some staff was on break , need better system of guidance to your room , for example , my room was 4013 , you follow the signage 4000 to 4016 , well when you follow it , door 4011 , 4012 , 4014 ,4016 ....well , now what , i'm i on the wrong floor or building , you need signage to direct guest to the missing room number , another guest saw that i was lost , and said good luck finding your room , they told my to go the other side , if it where not for them , i would have had to take that long walk back to front desk , being on the 10th floor

room was nice , i was able to view theme parks fireworks from my floor , like that there was security gate , like the 24 hour store for snacks and game room
