The room that I was in smelled of old grease. The cover was stained. The hvac unit had to be powered down and restarted to work. The carpet was old and dirty. The jacuzzi was old and weird looking. But I was comfortable enough for an overnight stay. The coffee and juice bar were very dirty.

The location was convenient. One employee was very helpful.

Scratched up furniture. Hair in the bathtub, dirty windows, film on TV screen. Broken lamp shade. Hallway full of trash. People standing in hallways all night. Stairway full of dirt and leafs from outside. Water standing from leaking ice machine.

The stay was decent but there were a few things that needed attention. There was a ceiling leak in the bathroom over the tub. Cob webs galore needed vacuuming lacked general maintenance, blood stains on the lampshade. We personally fixed the the toilet handle. Bed was a bit broke down. Staff was nice but lacked professional look. Could smell cigarette smoke in hallways. At night the doors that were supposed to shut, locked and secured were wide open.

Broken furniture in the room, damaged AC unit, mildew around tub walls, fire alarm was NOT connected. (I always check for hidden cameras) Room 156. Also very close to airport so expect noise

The cleanliness is horrible I always disinfectant and clean my rooms anywhere I go I be wanting to pull the curtains down wash then bleach the walls etc...

I love the Jacuzzi tub I work 54 hours a week so whenever I get a day off I go there to relax the location is good is around a lot of restaurants gas station and more

Motion lights in the bathroom would turn off while you were using the bathroom or the whole time you showered. The swipe cards initally wouldn't work, had to go down twice to get them reactivated. The level of noise in the hallways all night. Also, they said the pool closed at 11, we went at 10 and it was in darkness, no way to turn the lights on and the doors were just left open. Bring towels because they are so small you need 3 to fully dry.

Vending machines on site for water/ drinks and snacks. The elevators and washrooms on main level were also helpful. Beds were comfortable. 24 hour service at the front desk.

The place can use some paint. The room's toilet was running non stop.. unless we turned the water off to it. Between uses...dirty washcloths was left in the tub. And dirty towel on the back of the door.

The employees were very nice. My kids loved the pool.

The night staff wasn’t as friendly as the day staff. We asked the gentleman if there’s anyway to turn down the lobby music because you could hear it loudly in the room, and it was affecting our ability to fall asleep. The gentleman had a very lackluster attitude, and seemed to not really care About our concern. As best I can remember the music never was turned down.

The sauna and pool were nice and the rooms had nice size to them. The room I stayed in also had a Jacuzzi tub which was nice a little outdated but clean.

Hair dryer did not work. Table was wiggling. No light by the tsble. No coffee for a week. No working ice machings for three weeks. No tissue in room. TV did not get but a few channels. First room had a broken heater.

Staff will try to find any reason to keep your deposit. They tried to keep my $100 deposit because they said the towels were dirty. Secondly they have roaches. They do not offer any compensation for things they should try to make right. I told staff I seen a roach in the room and was told I could change rooms if I wanted to or they could just come and clean the room. When I agreed to let housekeepers clean the room,(because I was obviously not getting compensation or discount),I ended up waiting a hr for no one to show up and no service was given. I eventually just asked them for a vacuum and went to buy my own cleaning products and roach spray to clean my own room. I was told that maybe the roach was from a previous stay next door to my room and apologized. Housekeepers and night staff were very pleasant and caring of the hotel concerns but that’s about it

They don’t empty outside trash. There has been an flow of trash by the door we come in and out of and all over the parking lot

Staff is friendly, and other guest I’ve met here but it’s not clean. I’d bring a bottle of bleach cleaner if you want to use the showers or take a bath. Being a cleaner myself I can’t believe these people get paid to clean I’ve been here a week in multiple rooms and each time it’s worse. Basic cleaning you should. Not have cobwebs in corners or dead bugs on the windows. I wiped around the sink and faucets with out cleaner and the soap grim and mold came right off I guess you get what you pay for. There also is no free breakfast that sucks

We arrived about 4pm and they had old dirty bed linen left in front of peoples rooms. When we left about 10am the next day they were still there. One smelled like piss. The elevator was out of order and we only had 1 bath set in room.

It’s looking better on the inside, floors look good.
