Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Charged $100 for our pet. I don’t understand why the exorbitant amount when the hotel policy states that any damage will be billed to the owner-as it should be. I can understand $20 a night but really, $100??

The check in staff wasn’t rude but she acted as if she hated her job. It wasn’t a pleasant experience. In room coffee pot was awful. Need a real pot. The big coffee pot in lobby must keep your staff busy cleaning the floor all the time. The sign that says stop pouring at 1/3 cup full isn’t noticeable, especially for people without first cup of coffee. People pull the lever and figure they know when to stop it. So coffee pours all over the floor. Really stupid pouring method.
Checkout staff, he was super nice and professional. Room and hotel was clean.

The 6.45 am shuttle to the airport was cancelled at the last moment. This was disappointing and could have turned out to be very costly if it meant a missed flight.

Location was away from amenities but hotel next door had a great little bar and restaurant.
Rooms were very clean and staff very accommodating. Free breakfast was nice with scrambled eggs and sausage plus usual items.

The elevator is very slow and small, even though there are only 2 floors. It's better to take the stairs. Breakfast ends at 9 a.m., which is very early. It is still a 10-15 minute drive to the airport.
The room was nice and spacious. The hotel was clean and nice. Lots of parking. Locates near many gas stations.

Hotel is older that would benefit with an upholstery upgrade. Overwhelming smell of chemical smells throughout.
Friendlly staff, bed was comfortable. I had an early flight and they provided with breakfast items to go for my departure at 345am.

The hairdryer in my room didn’t work. Housekeeping tried to enter my room while I was asleep which was awkward.
I liked the beds, they were comfortable. And the check in/check out times were reasonable

The Pillows!!! Too small and hard .. very dense. The feel and texture should have been similar to the 1 pillow that was on the bed that I really loved ... it was like a Down Feather Plush feeling Pillow..
Staff was Awesome! I didn't get the girl name at the desk but she wears glasses and has colorful hair and personality! Very cool ..funny and professional 😎 👌 👍 She is the reason why this hotel would have return guest because regardless of my low score on location or bed comfort and " mainly pillows "..my main point of spending money at a hotel comes down to not only cleanest parts such as beds ...but the staff and their personality and how they handle your issues or needs.. this alone makes any bad situation better at any time during your trip. Bathroom not clean, strands of hair everywhere and tissues on the floor.
Nice staff, big rooms, comfortable bed, easy to get in to SLC on the bus and has a free airport shuttle bus.

Some group coming in above us at 3am and not settling down until 6am. In the morning I asked the front desk if the hotel was full, she said no. I would think it would be a front desk personnel job for check-in to stagger guests in a 2 level hotel with poor insulation.

I'm pretty sure the yogurt was old or something it tasted terrible and I wasn't the only person who thought so. And the coffee was not good.
The power went out from a storm but they had it back up and running in a couple of hours I think. Glad it didn't stay out! They were very nice. The waffles were pretty good

A few more towels would have been good. Also only had small square pillows on the king size bed kind of annoying.
It is a nice newer, clean hotel, Easy to find and next door to a convenience store/gas station. Did not serve breakfast early enough for us to partake but let us grab an apple.
