Needed updated badly. Charged me a deposit I was not told about before my arrival.

rooms not cleaned daily- expected at least trash to be removed from room once per day, but during our 5 day stay trash was removed once, bed never made by staff. Pillows very uncomfortable. Breakfast was not refreshed. Staff should check on a more consistent basis at least every 15 mins, checking means making sure coffee available, creamer, milk and butter out. The way it worked was guest would started preparing breakfast coffee not available than had to make request. Coffee then made by staff and would take 15-30 minutes to get coffee served to the guest who requested.

Our room had significant staining on one of the bathroom walls where it appeared someone had sloppily dyed their hair. The bathtub had a lot of stains in it from what also appeared to be old hair dye. There were small but eye sore quality cut/torn marks on one of the bathroom walls. Also, the fan in the bathroom was not able to turn on. The bed cover had an old cigarette burn on it. The furniture was beaten and old/damaged. Part of the top of the dresser was missing a large area of its finish and looked like something from a run down thrift store. For the nightly fee we paid, the room and furnishings should not be so run down.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The parking lot at the front of the building was well lit. The outside of the building and surrounding area was clean and well maintained. Our room was clean (but very worn and needing repairs and touching up.) The bed was very comfortable.

The motel is somewhat shabby particularly the pool area. The room didn't have carpet. A few at times at night there was loud noise in the halfway from people arguing.

Dirty. Vent on air conditioner filthy. Wipe marks sporadic on surfaces, no apparent dusting done on night tables, posted as no smoking but the building reeked of weed. When you ran the bathroom fan it seemed to pull in the weed odor. Rust around the bathroom fixtures. Hallway appeared to have not been vacuumed in weeks. Won’t stay here again.

it wasn’t very clean, my room had been slightly tidied it up but the counters needed to be wiped, there were leaves in the bathroom, and the common areas like the elevator and the hallways were grimey, needing to be wiped down and vacuumed. I heard them vacuuming The hallways my second morning there, but they either didn’t vacuum actually, their vacuum was full and they didn’t empty it, or the need to get a new vacuum because I saw crumbs and dirt when I left still. Liked the price, location and it wasn’t bad, but they need to hire better cleaners or raise their standards to meet other hotel standards.

A) Iron holder is mounted too close to the shelf above, making it difficult to put iron back in some rooms B) Iron holder is too narrow, making it difficult to fit manually-wound Iron cords into Iron holder C) Ironing board covers dirty (ironing board covers need to be checked for cleanliness at guest check-out, and washed when dirty, while replaced with a clean one) D) Toilet refill mechanism and valve appeared faulty (I had to open the toilet refill tank's lid, and manually tap the floater-refill mechanism, to get the tank to refill; ALSO the joint mechanism was broken and a misguided attempt to tie the joint together with plastic had not resulted in a consistently working refill valve; the refill mechanism needs to be replaced) E) The inside of the toilet refill tank needs to be cleaned also F) The bathroom counters were stained and dirty at the crevices (Better cleaning with a small nylon-brush (or even small wired-brush), using citric acid or acetone may help with ease of cleaning) G) Remote-control receivers - a small cube with attaching cable, in the room I was in - need to be oriented toward the front of televisions (the receiver in the room I was in was inexplicably facing the wall behind the television; I had to reposition it on the television counter facing me, so that the television remote control could control the television; these receiving cubes need to be adhesively attached to thw bottom-or-top of the television, facing in the same direction that the television-screen faces) H) The television remote control needs to be checked to work for correct function of AT LEAST MINIMALLY these capabilities: i) "On-Off", ii) "Channel Up-Channel Down", iii) "Volume Increase-Volume Decrease", iv) "Individual Numeric Digits [0 through 9] Working" (I had requested a different remote control, and found that the second could change channels, but could not change volume or turn-off the television) I) The Iron in the room...

1) Inexpensive during weekdays 2) Another hotel next door, but owned by same management corporation (has similar problems) 3) Breakfast available 4) Solid counters in bathroom which are easy to clean 5) Modern phones which appear to be wireless (but still require electric powercord)

The clock had no cord, asked three times, it was never provided. The pillows were a disgrace, asked for replacements but were never provided. The microwave in the room had something that had exploded in it, had to ask to get it cleaned,twice. The mediocre breakfast that was provided wasn't replenished. If you came down after 8:00 there wasn't much selection. On Tues the morning we left there was nothing except waffle mix but no syrup.
