Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The property is a little neglected. The room was OK, however the mattress on the bed was worn out and I felt like I slept in a hammock. The staff is not very nice, however the girl at the breakfast was excellent, super friendly and attentive to everything. The property is a little neglected. I have nothing negative to say about the property other than the pool was cold, but My children and I had a blast, we kinda had the pool to ourselves 3 out of the five days we stayed.. our bodies eventually adjusted to the temperature and yet it was still relaxing 🥰
Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. It was in a convenient location, not to far from the highway and east to get to the parks. I also like that they served breakfast every morning and their staff was great 😊

The Shift night guy from Front Desk. He’s not friendly. His face was looking he’s mad all the time. He never said hi or good night.

This hotel was good for a one night stay. It would have been nice to have a two queen bed ADA room.
Gonna be honest when I drove in I was skeptical but the hotel appeared to have been recently painted and was very clean. It appears to be an old facility but kept well. The door to our room was not fitted tightly. You could see light coming in all around it. The hall noise was clearly heard.

Some of the other tenants were playing music in the parking lot, kind of loud. The hotel is kind of small and I'm surprised they didn't go out and tell the turn the music down.

Property itself is a bit dated, rooms are typical tropical/humid weather musty. But still very comfortable.
Location - south of Orlando - don't have to deal with amusement park traffic if heading to south Florida. Not far from the Florida Turnpike, easy drive to Miami the next morning. Beds are clean and super comfortable. Nice breakfast set-up with waffle station. 24 hour check-in a big plus. Excellent value for the money.

The entrance of the hotel needs a make over, when I drove in it seems like I was driving into a warehouse and not a Hotel.

The bed was a bit on the firm side, my husband who has back problems had a hard time adjusting. The shower head needs to be replaced in this room so when you adjust it it stays where you point it. Other than that it was a wonderful stay and we would stay again.
Loved the breakfast options, lots of grab and go items. I was sad that there were no biscuits and gravy for breakfast but they had fluffy waffles so that makes up for it. The room was clean and comfortable. The maids cleaned our room daily and restocked everything! We had the Ada room because my husband is disabled and can't get in and out of tubs without the risk of falling, this room has a large floor level shower that's easy to walk in and out of, and is not far from the pool or the exit which is great.

Cleaning stuff was staged outside my room all night. No biggie just made the hallway smaller. Otherwise great place. Will stay again.
Breakfast was nice. Maybe some more hot food items. Bigger coffee cups. Room was nice. Didn’t get towel service without asking for some. Poop was nice. Hours could be longer.
