Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The side of the hotel we were on is very close to the main road and quite noisy during the day. It did quiet down later in the evening. You might want to ask to be on the parking lot side if you are sensitive to noise.
Check in was very easy. We arrived early so our room was not ready. They let us store our luggage until the room was ready. All staff we met were friendly and helpful. The room was clean but showing signs of age. The hotel is centrally located and very close to the London Bridge and the water. Lots of places to eat within a short drive. Breakfast was standard free breakfast but everything was well stocked and hot.

The floor needed to be swept at least every other day. Will ask that to be done the next time we visit. Bath towels too small.

Rooms facing the lake/canal were noisy with cars passing down below. The Price could've been lower due to the noise.
The staff was decent and could tell they were tired. Breakfast was decent.

This hotel needs a makeover. There was a large gap under my room door which let in road noise, the sink drained very slowly and the shower had no pressure. The room was clean and the bar area was okay with a limited menu and good cocktails.
My proximity to the London Bridge and shopping area.

It is very noisy! Roads surrounding building and location in the breeze way didn't help. First night we had to listen to young spring break kids run back and forth and up and down stairs, we did not complain, so it was our fault too
Clean room and nice staff. Comfy bed and pillows. Nice working air-conditioned.

The front desk was great! Very friendly and quick check-in. The room was clean and comfortable. The bar and grill was fun and friendly. Loved the big soft pretzel.

The hotel has a weird set up, and the rooms are not that great. Our bathroom door wouldn't close. Shower temperature had either scalding hot or ice cold temperature. The TV was so small it looked like a computer monitor. The bed was super uncomfortable even though the pillows were nice. The staff is pretty much the best thing about this place.
The young lady at the counter was amazingly sweet even though she had been working for 20 hours straight, you'd never tell. She honestly is what made the whole stay LOL. The food at the restaurant on site was good as well, and that waitress/bartender was really nice too.

Animal owners are not cleaning after their pets . I almost stepped on the pets waste close to the parking area . Very nasty

Outside looked unkept but registration area definitely had "curb" appeal. The breakfast area was extremely small and dangerous with the taped temporary paper floor the used during their remodel.

It is under renovation so some areas are not usable. No pet area was a bummer.
The pool was a great place to gather with my family. The bar was pleasant and the staff were all super friendly.

The property needs some TLC. I would invest on improving outside look, paint job maybe a new roof. It has better than average interiors but would make sure linens and beds are top notch without going nuts cost-wise.
Staff service and care. They went to great lengths to assure that I was secure and comfortable. Reception staff was particularly informative and caring. The layout is large but they go to great lengths to explain the set up.
