We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Food was really good. Room were comfortable. Bed and those sheets were amazing. The walls and floors were solid like no one existed in other rooms. Not a single noise. My toddler and baby were okay even though we were on the 4th floor.

The facelift that this hotel is undergoing is great. The staff is excellent. Rooms are very comfortable with the basic emenities. The breakfast, included with your room, is very generous. Coffee is on 24/7. Location is great for my business with a central location

United States of AmericaDid not like seeing cockroach at the elevator. Also didn't like hall lights outage on my floor. Hope these were both isolated incidents. And the hotel is regularly treated by pest control team.
Anthony greeted me at check-in & processed my registration. Extremely personable, pleasant and polite. The other staff personnel were pleasant, helpful and ready to assist. The food hospitality team was also fantastic and accomodating. Thank you for making my stay comfortable.

NigeriaThe staff were not friendly at all. I had to wait at the reception for about 4hrs because I came in earlier. Had been travelling for over 24hrs. It was always a frowning face. I had a little accident in the room, I fell in the bath, there was no anti slip. I was surprised that my visitor could just come upstairs without being announced.
