This place looks like an abandoned motel, but it’s gated, so it least felt somewhat safer inside.

The staff were very helpful and attentive. Priced nicely for Mardi Gras time. The rooms seemed very clean.

Many problems in the hotel room, in addition to being very dirty, the shower faucet did not work, and there was a lot of carelessness in the maintenance of walls and furniture

The men out front fighting all night long were kind of intimidating to 4 girls from Indiana and at 11 they were pushing out the doors

im spending my money here everyday , they won’t let you fall short a cents then they never make sure all rooms have clean towels i asked for towels 2 days ago & today i was short 5 dollar front desk going to tell me he need the five dollars before he can give me towels ! crazy right ?

The room had a smell and housekeeping did not come by except for the first day and they didn’t come until the last day. I also didnt like the area and security was inadequate.

The location was good. The hot spots were close by, but be prepared to spend on Uber and or Lyft.

The room had no phone the plugs didn't work the housekeeping never came blanket wasn't too clean.no light other than that it wasn't too bad not to much people when I was there.

The bathroom the door wouldn't close n it was hard to find the hot water and no good WiFi at all tv needs a upgrade from atna tv to cable

I literally never complain or write bad reviews but this one needs it. I want to start off by saying when we checked in the lady at the front office said they are renovating so there may not be a microwave in the room and to let her know. Okay, no big deal. They were actually bringing me one as we were parking. I walk into the room and first thing I notice is… they are DOUBLE beds not QUEEN size like I was told I was getting. I walk over to the second bed to put my stuff down and immediately notice reallthere’s food particles and dirt on the comforter. I mention it to the lady who says she will bring me a new one. She takes the comforter and the sheets are dirty. She did bring new sheets and a comforter and put them on the dirty bed and left while I was in the bathroom… left the dirty sheets behind and all. The bed itself was comfortable enough just super small however it’s covered in plastic so literally every time we move the sheets would come off and we would be laying on plastic. In the bathroom several things I noticed was, the door sticks and is hard to open and close, the toilet lid is actually broken in two spots (I’m talking holes in them, the toilet doesn’t flush correctly we had to keep taking the lid off to flush, there was dirt in the shower. Guys…. There wasn’t even a single trash can in the entire room! Good freaking thing I brought a bunch of Walmart bags along with me I could use. The nightstand between the beds literally has zero shelves or drawers. It’s just one big open space with the drawers missing. The Pool was not available while we were here, it was covered up and had walls up around it (possibly to be worked on?). We were given a wifi password however none of us could actually get it to work past connection so we just used our data. No one came to clean the room or bring fresh towels (again thank you we brought our own.) You get what you pay for I guess and I chose wrong.

First of all, when we drove up we thought the place was abandoned. After waiting & calling the number, the friendly attendant let us into the office so we could check in. Once in the room we noticed it looked just as abandoned as the outside. The walls in the room were dirty with fingerprints and dirt that built up over time. The beds were made, but smelled dirty. The furniture, toilet, bathtub, etc. were worn and torn. Initially there was no warm water. After a call to the front desk, we had enough warm water for about half of a shower... which was shared with a roach. Originally there was no remote for the (glitching) TV either, but after a call to the front desk he promptly brought one to us. We wore sandals in the room, didn't sleep under the covers, & decided we felt more clean without showering. We would not recommend staying here. The facilities were clearly old and worn, but with proper care and attention this place could be a tolerable stay.

The A/C was cold. The staff was friendly.

Room and bathroom were filthy even the walls were disgusting. I wasn't comfortable even taking off my socks and walking barefoot in the room. There were flies in the room. No hot water so we had to take cold showers. 2 electrical sockets did not work. One of the bed sheets were dirty. The shower and toilet were so gross. Good thing we only spent about a total of 8 hours in the room. It was seriously the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Plus, there was no phone in the room to let the front desk even know we had issues.

Not much. It was gated, so that was nice. We were able to park right in front of the room. The AC worked.
